A very nice hotel. It is located in a renovated madrasah of the 18th century. We lived for 3 days, portioned breakfasts, it was enough. The room is clean, the linen is not new but clean. In general, the place is very authentic. I don't understand where such negative reviews come from. We really liked it.
A great hotel for your money. It is located in building 18...19th century. The manager is very hospitable. The breakfasts are good and hearty (fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, bread, sweets and tea/coffee). A good view from the roof (there is no railing, so if you are with children, do not let them go there alone).
There are 2 types of rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor: on the ground floor they are cheap, rather unpretentious, without Windows and air conditioning, less space than on the 2nd floor. And mosquito nets do not fit tightly to the window above the door (it is physically difficult to press them normally there, unfortunately), so it is better to close the window at night. There is a hookah in the courtyard (if anything, you can order a Shallet from a nearby restaurant 50 meters from the hotel for 100xum).
The location is excellent: you can go both towards the old town, to glamorous cafes / restaurants, and to cheaper cafes / canteens where locals eat. Across the street there is a shop where you can buy simple food and drinks for small things.
This is a terrible hotel. The room stinks. At night, the music was playing very loudly, the whole hotel came out and asked to make it quieter at one o'clock in the morning, as a result, the administrator said he would not do anything. It turned out that it was either the owner or a friend or relative of the owner and could do nothing. I went to ask, everyone was drunk there and they said directly that the music would play all night. I had 8 people at the reception looking for a place to move out at night
Not very much in winter, the bath is cold. There's trouble with hot water. Otherwise, it's not bad, in the summer it seems to me that all the above disadvantages will disappear
And so friends. In no case do not take this hotel.
The location is great, but that's it!
We took the hotel from the photos (they are excellent) and for color.
Upon check-in, small rooms with the cheapest possible furniture, mattresses and linens.
The toilet stinks of sewage and the plumbing is in terrible condition.
Breakfast. How can you ruin it? But you can!
1 fried egg, paper sausage, grapes for a company of 5 people 3 servings, ran out, kefir or sour cream 2 servings, why do you think? It's over!
It is a very exciting experience and despite all the authenticity of the place, the former madrasah! Refuse!!!
The service is poor, there is practically no hot water, the rooms are poorly cleaned.
Audibility is strong
The breakfasts are very meager
There is no soap or gels in the rooms.
All the time you need to request through the reception, and every time you need to ask and wait for a very long time
Terrible hotel!
The rooms smell of junk. The head of the hotel or his relative stopped by with friends and spent the whole night drinking and listening to loud music. When asked to turn it off at the reception, they said they couldn't do anything.
When we were there, 8 people left the hotel at 12 at night
Terrible attitude towards customers
I do not advise anyone, I booked a room a week before the trip. And when I arrived in the evening, they said that there were no rooms and offered the murdered hostel next door as an alternative. I had to spend half the night with the children looking for a hotel
At night, someone was constantly making noise under the windows (it turned out to be Hindus..I had to persuade them to calm down, although this is the work of the staff)..it was hard to sleep because of this for 2 nights ... the sheet is torn (but sewn), clean, but with stains (which are not washed off apparently already)
The location is good... the staff is normal, the breakfast is simple.
For the stated $ 35 does not pull exactly.
For a historical building plus a star. Well, there is no outright dirt..just tired everything.
The guest house is good for its price. There is breakfast, but I ran into a problem with water, there was no water for 2/3 days. We swam under a small stream.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The owners of the hotel are friendly people. But the hotel itself is a horror. I do not recommend it for any money. Three identical rooms were booked, all at the same price, for some reason one room did not turn out to be on the 2nd floor, they settled on the first (although on the first floor, as it turned out later, the price is different), but apparently the owners do not value the reputation of their hotel. Never book the ground floor! The rooms look like a prison, darkness, dampness, the stench of sewage, everything is in a poor state, a feeling of dirt and not freshness. It's disgusting to go into the bathroom at all. Of course, we did not expect this. The claimed Wi-Fi works without Internet access. Of the advantages, thank God the air conditioning works, and decent breakfasts.
There are a lot of other good hotels in the area, at the same price and even less.
In the photo, what the previous tenants left us in the room, there is absolutely no convenience, the sheets are torn, there are no curtains in the bathroom. Breakfast included, fruit and one paper sausage with egg((
Prices actually differ with booking.
I do not recommend it
Horror and no more words needed. The number is the feeling that you are in a crypt or prison. There is no light, it is dark, space is being squeezed. It smells rotten and damp. We couldn't even endure 1 night (although we were just passing through)
