If you want to take a photo near the house or on the territory, then only on a working day, on a weekend it is not real. Although you can watch it at the fence, not on the territory.

I think it could be promoted and it would be interesting for the guests of Gomel to go there after the park. If it were open until late at night, it would be ok)) Although, those who want to visit this place inside the building cannot and will not start looking there, people work there, only on the territory you can take pictures and walk.
