I gave the Delonghi coffee machine for repair (I didn't make coffee well, the water went into the pan), the diagnosis was made on the same day, although they said that diagnosis for up to two days was already a significant plus. Before that, I called other services, the price differed from this by 30% more, which is quite a significant difference with not the cheapest repairs. We did THAT, changed the seals, gave tips on how to use them. I've been drinking coffee for 2 weeks now, the difference is huge even in the taste of coffee. Well done guys, I recommend it! I will be serviced only by them.
I had an e-book repaired before the new year 2022, I needed to replace the touch screen. The receptionist promised to order a new screen in China and repair the book, I left them an advance payment. A month and a half has passed and I decided to call and clarify how things are going. Imagine my surprise when they told me that they had not ordered anything for fear that they might send a defective screen. They didn't call me, they say, because they lost the receipt. After I protested and said that I would take the book and the advance, I was offered to take all the risks of ordering the screen on myself!!! Do you need such specialists who lose receipts and cannot solve the issue of spare parts?
