A small chamber hotel. For a relaxing holiday. It is located in the very center on the first line of the sea. There are Russian-speaking staff. There is a private pool with warm water with sun beds, there were always enough free ones. Towels are provided for the beach and pool. By the sea there is a small island of a sandy beach and its own sun beds. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but there is a path made of sandbags to the sandy bottom. The sea is clean and warm. According to the all-inclusive system, the food is quite diverse, there is always a choice of meat, fish, seafood and any drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The buffet is small, but everything is delicious and the number of salads and hot dishes was more than enough! The room has a kettle and a choice of several types of tea and coffee, sugar, on the first day there was one liter bottle of water and a welcome bottle of wine in the room. There were three of us and we were given a room with a large bed and a pull-out sofa for the third guest. One of the disadvantages is that sometimes, for some reason, the smell of sewage appeared in the toilet of the room. The evening program was only on one evening out of three. On the embankment, which is just a few steps away, there is a huge amount of entertainment, restaurants, shops.

We had a rest at the end of September 2023. The rest went well. Warm clean sea, friendly staff, located in the center of active life. But there are no bathrobes in the room. There is no own territory. There are few sunbeds on the shore - 10 umbrellas, located on a line of size: 6 m wide and 20 m long. The entire nearest line by the sea is occupied by municipal and private umbrellas and sunbeds, paid. There are a little more than 20 sun beds by the pool, free of charge. The entrance to the sea (opposite the hotel) is rocky. The sea is shallow. The choice of food is limited. Everything is cooked well. Several types of meat. There is always a fish dish. There are no fresh juices. There is sparkling wine for breakfast .With all inclusive - served all day. The hotel has many cafes, bars, shops. Weak wi-fi., constantly knocks out, enter data every time. There is a sauna, a hammam. They are heated according to your request. I would like to mention the hotel staff. The staff is very friendly. Always responsive. They help, explain, cheer up. Twice a week there is an evening with live music and national dances.

We had a rest in October a few years ago, great weather, a good hotel, albeit 3 stars, clean, the maid changed towels every day, cleaned. We liked the restaurant too. The only thing that upset me was that they didn't let me take a croissant with me. It was a shame, such pettiness. They stand and watch. Well, rules are rules. The room is not fancy, but it is quite decent. The sound of the surf is soothing to the ear, the view of the sea and the pool. Munitsypalny beach is nearby, pebbly. But if you walk along the shore to the left, then further sand. I liked walking along the sea, the water is very warm, the color of the sea is very beautiful in Ayia Napa. We were satisfied with the rest.

We stayed at Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel from September 15 for 10 days. We are grateful to the hotel administration for their attentive attitude to the wishes of tourists. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the sea is noisy under the balcony. Deluxe rooms with excellent sea views. The hotel has its own sun beds, which is a big plus. The food is normal: although the choice is not very large, but everything is delicious, we never stayed hungry. Champagne is served at breakfast. I would have replaced it with freshly squeezed orange juice, which, unfortunately, was not there. The rooms are cleaned normally. There is a Russian-speaking administrator, Vika, who helps with any questions that arise. Overall, the hotel is great, I recommend it!!!

Okeanos beach is my love!!!! We were here for the first time, and the trip coincided with a lockdown in Cyprus, but there is no silver lining!!!! Empty beaches without umbrellas and boats, in their pristine beauty, empty streets, no people in shops, cafes to take away. And the hotel captivated me with its location, almost immediately behind the pool - the sea, a little to the right - the Pier and the park, all cafes, shops nearby. The hotel itself is small, neat, well-maintained, clean, the staff speaks Russian. The food is excellent!!! I really want to come back!!!

I am a very demanding tourist, so I take the choice of a hotel seriously. Before the trip, I corresponded with the hotel administration, clarified some points, received answers to all questions, this is already a good indicator, since some hotels do not make contact well, but there is no such thing here. To begin with, I'll tell you about my criteria when choosing hotels, it's just that different people have different ones, so that it's immediately clear what my review is based on. The most important and priority criterion is the sea view, I prefer to see the sea from the balcony at any time of the day. The second criterion is the location and infrastructure within walking distance from the hotel. The third criterion is cleanliness and compliance with safety measures, including anti-toxic ones. The rest is just small things, food, animation, pools and the beach are not so important to me, although they also affect the overall assessment. Sea view. This hotel has one of the most beautiful sea views I've ever seen. I asked for the highest floor and never regretted it. When I posted photos and videos in stories every morning, I got a lot of questions, what kind of hotel is this, where is such beauty? The sailor was visible even lying on the bed, an incredible view of the entire coast and the seaport! I'm absolutely thrilled! Location. The hotel is located in the center of the resort area, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, beaches, seaport - all within walking distance. It is very convenient, the famous Ocean basket is located right next to the hotel, I went down, left an order for them, picked them up in 15 minutes and we had lunch on our beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. There is also a fast food cafe Molos right next to the hotel, where delicious shawarma and burgers are prepared. If you want to go on a boat trip, the port is a stone's throw from the hotel, a huge selection of boats and sea excursions, we chose the orange Nemo boat, I really liked it, I will write a separate review about it. If you want to move around in the evening, then the famous street of bars is also a 5-minute walk from the hotel. In general, everything is nearby, the taxi was used only for the trip to the airport. Cleanliness and safety. The hotel carefully observes anti-smoking measures. Maybe it seems superfluous to someone on vacation, but I take it seriously. In the hotel, all staff are always wearing masks, and fully put on their faces, not half-lowered, in the restaurant the waiters are also wearing gloves. In the restaurant, all visitors must wear masks and gloves to approach the buffet. This is very correct. After each visitor leaves, the staff disinfects the tables and even the backs of the chairs. In general, the hotel is very clean, good cleaning, floors are washed conscientiously, furniture and floor are also wiped on the balcony. The dishes and appliances in the restaurant are clean. I am a very squeamish person, so I carefully consider forks, spoons and plates before using them. Everything is fine here. Now about the rest. Our room was end-facing, spacious, and bright. Everything in the room is functional, there is a refrigerator and a safe (free of charge), a spacious wardrobe and many hangers. There is YouTube on the TV, so if someone likes to lie in the room, you can watch your favorite Russian movies or shows. I really liked the hotel soap accessories, shampoo and hair conditioner from the Italian company Allegrini, my long and coarse hair turned into flowing silk after them, I even took the rest of the shampoo with me to Moscow, I'll look on the Internet, now I want such a shampoo. Also, if you need to iron something, you can ask for an iron. The air conditioner works perfectly, freezes noticeably, cools the room in a couple of minutes, we were in the middle of September, the heat was +30, the room was cooled to a comfortable +24. About food. We had breakfasts and dinners. Everything is as usual, for breakfast eggs in different types, pancakes, beans, pastries, various cuts, sausages, coffee from the coffee machine, well, and a nice bonus ... chilled pink champagne. For dinner, without frills, but everything is also decent, vegetable salads, meat, chicken, fish, a couple of types of soups, desserts, fruits, drinks at dinner are paid, but we didn't take much, we ordered tea a couple of times (3 EUR for a small cup of tea), beer a couple of times, the prices of drinks are overpriced. For example, keo beer costs 3 EUR for 0.3 liters, for comparison, you will pay about 1 EUR for 0.5 of the same beer in the store. There is live music at dinner in the evenings. A man sings, his voice is pleasant, he sings mostly imported hits from previous years, it's much better than hearing "a glass of vodka on the table" from a nearby hotel every evening. The hotel has a small swimming pool, the water is clean, there are sun beds around the pool, you can sunbathe, there is a pool bar. We never took a swim, we prefer the sea. Regarding the beach, it has already been written here that the beach near the hotel is rocky, special shoes are needed for swimming. You can walk 200 meters to the left of the hotel, where there is a water entertainment point on the beach, from there a very comfortable sandy entrance to the sea begins. We wake up early, went there to swim at sunrise 7-8 hours in the morning, it's a wonderful feeling, the beach is empty, the sea is absolutely quiet, there is a haze above the water, the water is warm and pleasant, a clean source of endorphins! The staff at the hotel is friendly, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, Victoria, outwardly she may look a little strict, but in fact she is a kind and responsive person, knows the answers to any questions, contacted her on various occasions, never refused, always helped to solve any question, thank her very much! Finally, I will note a couple of drawbacks. Wi-fi in the hotel was my pain, it constantly requires a username and password, if there is no activity, it turns off after a minute, and you need to connect again with a username and password. Maybe we in Moscow are spoiled by ubiquitous high-speed WiFi, but such a complicated procedure is also beyond any bounds. We need to do something about it. And the second drawback: you can already start replacing towels, you've come across washed ones a couple of times, not quite white. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, many thanks to the hotel administration for meeting the expectations of your guests! On cold Moscow evenings, the memories of this vacation keep me warm. This is my honest review. Finally, I will say that Cyprus is my eternal love, and now Okeanos also occupies a corner in my heart! 💖

Great location, its own piece of the beach. There are excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel is quiet, small, with only 64 rooms. The staff knows every guest by sight, treats them like a personal guest. There is one Russian-speaking employee at the reception, the rest are English. There is one Russian-speaking waiter in the restaurant. The staff is polite. Room cleaning is perfect and regular. Everything that needs to be replenished and changed on time. There is no animation. The hotel is more suitable for couples and older tourists. There is a well-equipped fitness room, a tennis court and a sauna.
