Everything is fine, always qualified staff, but sometimes you get caught by trainee managers who either want to sell or do not know how to look at the leftovers, called, found out for a bottle, said there was a karbyshev on tap, I come, I say a request, they said there were bottles, I say, they said there was on tap, then a senior manager came up who heard the dialogue, showed how to find that bottle on tap, spent 20 minutes searching and arguing. And the HSE service, the replacement guys are always friendly and knowledgeable!

Clean, neat, electronic queue, coffee, snack all at the highest level
There was a case when I bought oil for the transmission at another replacement point, I arrived at Karbyshev, they suggested that the oil that was sold to me was not suitable according to GOST (everything was replaced on the spot without loss of funds)

Pushing one brand with questionable quality and operating tolerances, which, again, in my case, led to the failure of a key engine assembly. Одно из немногих мест, кому можно доверить свой автомобиль. Высокий уровень сервиса, грамотная консультация, четкие действия ответственных лиц и еще.... чистота. Посетив однажды, больше нет необходимости искать чего-то лучше.

Подобрали другой масляный фильтр консультанты, мастер на глаз определил, что не тот фильтр. Благо машину не заводили)
А так все отлично. В общем на всякое смотрите что вам в машину ставят. Человеческий фактор никто не отменял.
