We chose this hotel because it is located close to Port Aventura Park, which is why we came to Salou. It turned out that the hotel is ideally located, close to the park, railway station and next to the sea (10 minutes on foot with children). We were in early May, but the weather was fine and we swam a lot in the outdoor pool and on the water slides. We took full board, were satisfied with the choice and quality. There is an animation, a SPA with a warm indoor pool and a Jacuzzi. A large gym. Beer baths and other treatments are available for an additional fee. They didn't use it themselves.
It's too bad that the Internet wasn't working on our floor. At all. They said they were repairing it, but nothing was done during our stay. It was important for work, I had to study on the ground floor, in the library. We had a room reserved for four, two adults and two children aged 8 and 12. In fact, it turned out to be an ordinary double room with a pull-out sofa, on which two children would not fit in any way. It was saved by the fact that we rested with the family of the eldest daughter and sent our 8-year-old granddaughter to the same room. Their own 5-year-old was sleeping with her parents. Our 12-year-old grandson has a folding sofa that fits perfectly. I don't understand how the four of us would get out of the situation. It would really be cramped.
The broken wardrobe was also very annoying. I couldn't open it in any way-I couldn't close it myself. She was calling for help.
The hotel is large and, I think, very crowded at the height of the season. In general, it corresponds to its price and, if possible, we will also come to it.
