I've been to this hotel. I was satisfied with everything - food, accommodation (rooms 301, 401, 501, etc. have a large standard area, and I was lucky to live in such a room). Polite staff. I visited the beach in the area of a thermal spring (a spring with cold water). On Tuesdays, there is a market on one of the streets where you can buy local fruits, things, etc. in the neighboring village in Khodba there is a large supermarket for 20 minutes. I was satisfied with the hotel.
San Salvador is very good for families with children. The standard room has 2 double (!) beds, everything will fit! Great food, we were at HB, once or twice a week there are days of themed cuisine - French, Spanish, Mexican. Children's animation every day during the day. There is also a nice courtyard with swings, where it is so good to go out to breathe after dinner. It is easy to reach the sea even with the smallest ones.
The hotel is good, but it is important not to get into the rooms at the end of the corridor (far from the elevator) on any floor - they are catastrophically small. The cleaning is good, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the plumbing is working properly, there are elevators, excellent location, there is a small garden, trampoline, rockers. At the reception, they will tell you everything and help you. Of the cons: very weak Internet - it is impossible to work (modem speed), the absence of even a mini-refrigerator in the room is just very strange, because in a hot country it is necessary, especially if you need to store food for a child. In terms of food, if you are without a child and are not concerned about proper nutrition, then it is very good. And if you need porridges, low-fat soups, a variety of vegetables, then you will experience problems). We cooked lunch and afternoon tea for the child in the room (we took the boiler with us), had breakfast with omelette and cereal with soy milk (we are very glad that it was), had dinner with chicken or fish with the breading removed from them. The bread is very tasty, as is the diet jam in small boxes. We were also pleased with watermelons, melons, and pineapples. The score is a four with a small minus due to the fact that we had to ask to be moved to another room.
