A beautiful, futuristic place. I advise everyone to visit this place point clean air, a beautiful park, be sure to go to the observation deck point tip, if there is a long queue, then wait a bit, maybe these tourists especially like this place, there will be no queue at all and you will calmly climb to the 23rd floor. Everything is calm and kind.
A high-speed panoramic elevator will quickly take you to the 23rd floor, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Minsk. The site is quite large. It's a pity that it was sooo hot, so we couldn't stay there for a long time. But there is a wonderful cafe on the floor below, where in the cool we tried very tasty dishes, especially liked the traditional Belarusian pancakes.
I really liked it. It's windy, but at this altitude it's not surprising. The panoramic elevator is just on the way up to the site, it already opens up a beautiful view of Minsk, which takes your breath away.
There are two devices on the site to approximate the view, thanks to which you can see the nearest radius in detail. There was no queue on a weekday, but there was an excursion children's group. The site is clean, the glass security fences are clean, it's great to watch the panorama of the city landscape through them.
I visited the observation deck on the 23rd floor.Minsk is in the palm of your hand.
There is a cozy cafe on the 22nd floor where you can have a snack. The portions are just huge, and very tasty.I think the price tag is slightly higher than in the city. But not really)).I was in the daytime. It's probably better to visit in the evening. It will be more beautiful and atmospheric.
Although I don't think there will be enough tables in the evening.
I recommend you to visit.
I recommend that guests of Minsk visit the observation deck of the national library. There is a beautiful view of the city from there, there is a cafe and an exhibition inside. The place is popular, there were a lot of visitors.
We were satisfied with the construction and the observation deck, it's nice that binoculars are included in the price. And if someone gets hungry, below is a great cafe where you will be served with high quality, and most importantly delicious and not too expensive!
We were in May and, of course, visited the observation deck on the beautiful library building.
For me: to look from this 23rd floor, well, there's nothing to do with the weather, of course, I was lucky, but nothing more.
On the 22nd, they offer to see an exhibition, which again has nothing to see. It took us 5 minutes to walk around 2 floors and leave.
But they stood in line to get there for about an hour. Took two:one at the cash register, the other at the review.
There are breaks at the ticket office (which is wild for us), they stood for 25 minutes, the cashier went on a break (fortunately it takes 15 minutes).
In parallel, the queue for the observation deck had already come up, those who had tickets were allowed to go ahead and waited for the ticket office to open.
* By the way, you can not stand at the box office and buy tickets through a QR code, but, firstly, most of them are not local and few people buy SIM cards (for a couple of days, then at a thousand rubles tariff), there is no wi-fi, secondly, who tried to buy it-not it turned out to be one of the 5th.
When buying tickets (the price seems to be 200 rubles), I still had to stand, then I still managed to get in.
* all excursions accordingly took place without a queue and until the n-number of people leaves, you will not be launched. So you're waiting for an hour... it's extremely unclear why they take crowds of children there, they don't see anything below, but you're standing, waiting for the door to be opened and allowed to enter, while the children are just rushing around playing catch-up
The service in the cafe was not used, it was generally clean. The entrance to the observation deck is not through the central one, but from the other side of the building (if you go from the parking lot or go around the subway on the left).
A great place for a romantic evening, and it will be great to visit with children. Because besides the magnificent view of the city, and Minsk is especially beautiful in the evening, you can visit the cafe on the 22nd floor. Where you can try excellent pancakes and order desserts that will definitely appeal to both small and large. And there are exhibitions of paintings on the 22nd floor. So, this place will definitely appeal to everyone who decided to come to Minsk.
It's a great place!!! The panoramic elevator is a huge plus.
Of the cons (the FATTEST) - there is a cafe (Coffee shop) on the 22nd floor, but you can not take coffee with you (to take away)!!!!! It's a shame!
For example, we were in bad weather, we wanted to take hot coffee with us...
So take something hot, delicious with you and go ahead!
We got into sunny cloudless weather and enjoyed our time
There are queues, but we didn't have to wait long. inexpensive, near Slavka with souvenirs at reasonable prices
My recommendation!
We stood at the checkout for 10 minutes, the staff was polite, there was cleanliness around. We took the elevator to the 22nd floor. On the 22nd cafe and gallery, everything is neat, clean. The toilets had everything you needed. The prices in the cafe are slightly inflated, although the tables were still virtually all occupied, I conclude that they cook well. Then we went up to the 23rd floor on foot. And here is a magnificent view! Beauty! True, at that time it was windy and slightly rainy, but the beauty that opens from the observation deck cannot be described! I definitely recommend you to visit!
We were in Minsk in March... And we drove through all the sights of this friendly city. An overview on the roof of the library. The price for an adult is 8 rubles, for a child 5 Belarusian rubles. The elevator is flying fast... If you stand at the window, you get a cool view. Well, the viewing is given an hour.... It took us 15 minutes. Yes, it's cool and large-scale... Recommend. If you're lucky with the weather. It will be a thrill. Certainly not Bangkok.
It's a great place.Clean, few people, friendly staff, free luggage storage, very convenient,on the 23rd floor there is an overview of Minsk, on the 22nd floor there is a gallery and a cafe, very cozy.I recommend you to visit
It's a bit expensive to visit, actually. It's beautiful there only in the evening, but in general the place is ordinary. Beautiful views, convenient telescopes. You can stand in a long queue and get disappointed. It's really nothing interesting during the day, but at sunset I advise you.
The observation deck is located above the building of the National Library of Minsk, at a height of 74 meters. There are two binoculars on the site. There is a beautiful view from three sides of the library and there is an opportunity to look at the city from a height.
Panoramic elevator. The height is 25 floors. We were in the daytime, so we saw the city in the light of the sun. I think it would be more beautiful after sunset with the city illuminated. One floor below there is a cafe where you can have a snack and an art gallery.
It's a very beautiful view. Of course not to the center, but... greenery, the Eastern Gate of Minsk, there is something to see. Just really understand the height of the observation deck (for those tempted by other heights) and enjoy!
The ticket costs 10 rubles, there are no benefits for children. The outdoor area on the 23rd floor is actually closed - everything is fenced with transparent panels, you can take pictures only where there are small windows.
There is a covered gallery on the 22nd floor, where you can also see, but the views are the same.
And in general, the views of the new part of the city do not make a wow impression.
It is very hot during the summer day. And I didn't like the fact that the movement up and down is not organized - there is one panoramic elevator, the rest are service ones, someone goes out on the 22nd, someone on the 23rd, and you have to wait a very long time to get down, despite the fact that there are not so many people.
So I think the price is too high.
A very beautiful view of the city. Ascent to the site by an observation elevator with a transparent cabin. Inexpensive, interesting and very impressive. The library building itself is also very unusual, modern and stylish. One of the best sights of Minsk.
The bomb! I recommend you go there. (Very cool photo area) Even the Frunzensky district is visible there at 23 floors! It's very cool, but even in hot weather it's a little cold there. ★★★★★
It is very high and very interesting, we were in March and were slightly chilled at this height, in this case there is a cafe on the floor below, you can keep warm, look at the photos you took, just sit and drink coffee.
The building of the National Library of Belarus in Minsk has a very interesting design. The building is called a diamond. Minsk residents jokingly call it peeled potatoes. A glass observation elevator rises to the 23rd floor. And there is an observation deck on the roof of the building, where you can walk in a circle and look from above in all directions of the city. Interesting, beautiful and inquisitive.
Our Minsk railway station is a place of meetings and breakups, it keeps the best memories of life. This is the place of the bared heart.
Luggage storage is a super service, located in the subway, opposite the toilets. Escalators, snacks, shops and souvenir shops, everything is nearby!
Maybe other visitors will swear, but we did not understand and did not get into it. The entrance is on the opposite side of the main entrance to the museum. We were on the 20th of July, 23rd. It was hot outside. And we were standing in line for tickets, tired of discounts for schoolchildren and students only studying in Belarus. So-so conditions... We paid and took the elevator, there's nothing to breathe. We went up to the 23rd floor, went out to the playground, it's even worse there. There is no wind, as it is covered with protective glasses, but the scorching sun has been added. There is nothing to look around, or high-rise buildings or construction sites. Binoculars don't save you. We went down to the cafe on the 22nd floor to drink coffee with sweets. I liked it there, both the serving and the taste. Only for some reason they save money and the air conditioners do not work. Maybe, of course, workers in their free time sit in the freezer and come out to warm up sometimes))) In short, our family didn't appreciate it and I don't want to repeat it.
The site is located on the 23rd floor, and on the 22nd floor there are temporary exhibitions and cafes. If you want to see the city from a bird's-eye view, come here. But you will get your first impressions in the panoramic elevator. There are binoculars and information signs on the site itself.
For non-residents of the Republic of Belarus, the cost for adults or children is 10BYN with a visit to the 22nd floor of the exhibition of paintings and on the 23rd floor of the observation deck. The view is amazing. There are binoculars.
A very beautiful place in Minsk. Great views, clean air, wonderful panorama. There is a wonderful shopping center within walking distance. There are many cozy cafes. A modern residential complex with excellent recreation areas. And of course, the National Library is the real pearl and pride of Minsk residents.
Both adults and children liked everything (starting with the transparent elevator and ending with the playground itself). And to see the city, and to have a snack with a view of the city, and moreover inexpensively
I was a little breathtaking once Minsk is very beautiful from a height a great place for selfies in general I really liked the excellent cortina gallery
Observation deck on the roof of the national library. Ascent by panoramic elevator. There is an enclosed area with a cafe, an outdoor area on the floor above. There are free binoculars. Entrance to the site itself is paid. The historical center is not visible, but it is generally beautiful, especially in the evening
I liked the observation deck, an inexpensive entrance ticket, an open high-speed elevator to the 23rd floor, powerful free binoculars are in the corners of the site, there is a cafe on the 22nd floor.
It's a beautiful place, it's a pity that there are no stairs to climb to the top, only an elevator. There is a cafe on the penultimate floor. Everything is very safe at the top, you can safely take the children, it's just physically impossible to fall there
At the very top there are picturesque views of the capital. I especially recommend coming by sunset, then you will get maximum pleasure. There is a cafe and a gallery inside, I have not been to a cafe, but it is also interesting to see the galleries.
A great place for tourists. The cost is small, there are discounted tickets. There are not many people, the queues are not that big, the waiting time is no more than 5-10 minutes. The views are great, the main thing is to get to the right weather and at the right time.
Disputed place
On the one hand, there is a bird's-eye view of Minsk.
On the other hand, I was not impressed at all. At +30, once there, you get into a furnace made of glass and concrete ((( there is no ceiling, but the air does not blow, the heat is like at +50
It is allowed to stay upstairs for 2 hours)
It's just not clear what to do there for so much time)
10 min is the maximum)
The playground is on the 23rd floor , a view of the modern city , there is not much to see . We were in early May , frozen , strong wind , take warm clothes with you . Admission is 8 rubles . There is a small art gallery on the 22nd floor, you can warm up after the viewing room. Beautiful panoramic glass elevator. I really liked the fireworks on May 9, which took place just outside the national library.
A small country has allowed itself such architectural luxury to store its cultural heritage. The observation deck is equipped with a high-speed elevator, closed on all sides with glass and fences (completely safe). Stunning views of the beautiful city of Minsk open up.
Unusual architecture against the background of Soviet buildings)
Most of all, I liked the "rhombocuboctahedron" - the shape of a diamond!
Unfortunately, there was no inside, but the observation deck is excellent!
A very cool place, especially on a clear day! The view of the city from here is great! Various exhibitions are held on the floor below. Be sure to take a look!
It seems like you go up to the roof, you expect to see open spaces far around, but no. The perimeter is fenced with high glass panels, through which you can look at the open spaces. And dirty and dull from time to time. And the roof itself, it's just the roof of the building, with antennas, shields, tripwires and other things. A landmark in Belarusian. Only the bridge is somehow entertaining, and the panoramic view is a little bit.
It is a very beautiful and unusual building. From above you can see the whole city, then it's nice to sit in a cafe and admire the views of the city! Recommend 👍
A very beautiful and significant place for Minsk! Fantastic views! But... there is a queue at the ticket office - you can't buy a ticket using the qr code - the Belarusian fai-fi does not let you in. One!an elevator for tourists and two for staff! I didn't go to the cafe or to the exhibition. There is a very beautiful park with a pond and fountains around the library. Free parking+
It would be interesting to see the book depository itself and the system for delivering books to the reading room. And from the observation deck Minsk is at a glance - beautiful, spacious.
We got into the first May holidays, there was not a big queue, if you do not want to stand in line, you can buy a ticket using a Qcode.
The elevator is cargo, accommodates many passengers.
There is beauty at the top!
There is a magnificent view of the city from all sides.
