Excellent guest house, the room has everything you need, clean, beautiful and well-maintained territory, sea view from the balcony, and when you go out, mountain view😍 Cafes, shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance. We really liked it🔥🥰👍🏻

I don't understand where all the reviews from Yandex have gone. Get out of here, poor devils.
The room is old, the bed is 40 years old, the bedding is the cheapest and slippery, the pillows are bricks.
The room was on the 2nd floor, the air conditioner dripped and blew with mold, the administration did not react to this in any way. I had to open the window, but there was noise from the pump outside. Plus, the noise and music from the cafe until the night. All the walls are covered with crushed insects and mosquitoes.
We slept on the pebbles by the sea.
The sea is good, crossing the railway was not stressful. It was possible to rent sunbeds from locals for 100 rubles.
The cafe right by the Light is good, delicious.
But the hotel itself is a tin. The only plus is that when the electricity went out in Tsandrypsh, the generator was immediately turned on.

A good place to relax with the family, but oooh, the hostess who owns the entire hotel named Elena is not conscientious, a room was paid for, they settled in 2, after long negotiations they moved to 3, promising to compensate with breakfast, but did not get in touch, the rooms were dirty, lived for 10 days from July 13 to 22, 2024 The bed and towels have never been changed.

We were very busy, there is no kitchen, the steel is disgusting, there are cockroaches on the window sills in the dining room, the TV does not work, Wi-Fi catches only on the balcony, bed linen has not been changed and floors have not been washed for 8 days, there is nothing for children.

Positive: sea view to the horizon, floor-to-ceiling Windows, balcony, large family rooms, the sea is 7 minutes on foot, children can run and play on the small territory of the hotel, the staff is polite.
Cons: the refrigerator made noises that made it difficult to sleep, the mattresses were disgusting: with a pit on one side, all the springs are felt, it's good that we only stopped for two days, otherwise the vacation would have been ruined. They gave a mattress pad at the reception, but they couldn't do anything for the baby's bed. Mold in the corners, the smell of tobacco in the bathroom. The furniture is all tasteless. Wall sconces and sockets are located past the furniture arrangement. At night, you can hear music from the cafe. The bed linen is colorful and synthetic, the sheets slipped, constantly slipped off. They gave everyone pink towels. The room was not cleaned, we had to take out the garbage ourselves. Hot water is poured with boiling water.

In general, the guest house is not bad, but everything is fine... First, the cons in my opinion, and so: of course, but wifi (in the modern world, to remain without communication, especially in another country, it's trash ...), wifi is weak and not stable (in a cafe near the same point, but you can see with other router settings everything flew ..), disposable (wet, only the floor) cleaning once and then on demand and only from the second time, then changing linen and towels is the same once for the entire rest period, but the most amazing thing (okay, plumbing is not washed during cleaning) toilet paper and a bag in the trash only upon arrival, and then to a local stall and the garbage cans at the station, and even the noise at 4 ...
Now the pros: thanks to the hostess for her help in some of the issues mentioned above and for the hospitality, the proximity of the sea and various dishes, as well as beach accessories (umbrellas and bedding, although well-worn, but thanks for that), a barbecue area on the territory (I do not know what is included there except for the barbecue) and a kitchenette who loves home and save money... Already during the vacation, they found much cheaper accommodation, but in all other respects it is better, if only the location is 50 meters further from the sea, but this is not essential.
In general, the only problem is the scarcity of information about hotels and other establishments for living in this region and reviews about them... Have a good rest and a positive mood no matter what!

The road to the beach via the railway There is no room cleaning and linen change according to the schedule, you need to go and beg. The food in the dining room at the guest house is not tasty. On the plus side, the balcony is isolated and you can see a piece of the sea.

It's a good place, but there are disadvantages. The lights were often turned off in the room, the TV hung up, and the Wi-Fi did not reach. We cleaned only when you tell us, the linen is changed once a week. You can eat a light in the dining room, but once we were not given khinkali, the money was returned.

Good rooms, everything is there (TV, air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, Bathroom, dishes), there is a good balcony with a dryer and a table with chairs, the sea is close, there is a cafe on site, friendly staff. The only negative is that the lights are turned off from about 3 to 5 in the morning.
