The food in the restaurant is delicious. But the staff leaves much to be desired. It turns out they have a statute that says you can't bring your own drinks.
We were not introduced to the charter. The guards simply rudely demanded to hand over their drink, and also began to check our packages.
By law, they have no right to inspect without the police. Also, visitors have every right to come with their drinks, which is described in the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan - but the restaurant violates this too. Not to mention the charged% for the service, which, again, is illegal according to GOST 30389-2013.
I think you can safely write this review to the Consumer Protection Committee.

We went with the family. The kids ate pizza, we had kebabs. The kitchen is good. And there is a children's room for the youngest. Dim lighting creates a comfortable intimacy. A beautiful photo zone. We liked it. We plan to go to karaoke with my wife, located on the 2nd floor.
