Obscenely incompetent staff! I advise the management to pay attention to this! The client is not heard or listened to at all, they interrupt. I visited the optics at Frunze, 28, and planned to make chameleon glasses... I just wanted to leave this place right away because of the boorish attitude, which I did...

An obscenely rude salesman. Maybe the optics are good (I didn't have a chance to find out, I preferred a place where customers are treated with respect), but the sediment from communicating with the staff leaves much to be desired.

An extremely rude seller. I wanted to order chameleons, and when I asked how much it would cost in dollars, the seller replied with maximum contempt, "how do I know" and went completely ignoring me, I walked around a bit, chose glasses with myself and left the store. I used to often make orders here, now I won't. I'm not going to put up with such ignorance.

I bought glasses in this optics. when the lenses were put on, the frame was twisted, and they tried to align it for a long time. An hour later, I put on my glasses, clicked and twisted again. I turned to them again, they sent me to the optician in Kirov to a more experienced master. they would have done it there too, but after a short time they put it on again, the frame is twisted, but only on the other side. the first time I applied to this optics, I will not do it anymore
