Great location and courteous staff. We held a seminar in their room at the very top with a beautiful view. The interior is clean and decent, there is everything you need: comfortable, tidy toilets, a dozen rooms of different sizes, and even a kitchen with tea and coffee. The furniture and chairs are comfortable. Therefore, everything went great from start to finish, the managers speak excellent English, which makes communication easier. The location is very interesting - there are quite a few historical locations in the area. There is a metro station nearby. Different participants approached me 8 times and thanked me personally for the organization.
It should be borne in mind that it is not very easy to get there - I do not advise renting a car or driving your own car to this area - it will be very difficult to park. There are traffic jams and little space in the area.
I'll also add about the staff - they were really interested in making our event a success and it made me very happy.

It is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for work. Everything works, from the drain tank to the WiFi. Every appliance in the kitchen, every outlet is in good working order.
I would especially like to mention the staff. Friendly, qualified. They will help, prompt, explain. And what is especially pleasing in Istanbul is that they are absolutely correct and unobtrusive.
