I don't know about the sales office, but I like the Vershina residential complex itself. A beautiful courtyard with interesting children's slides and various buildings for playing. A tennis court, a playground with exercise equipment and many other things. Cozy and comfortable. Studio apartments have a convenient layout, plastered walls, a toilet is installed in the bathroom. Spacious halls in the entrances and wide corridors, large Parking lot near the house. In general, I like it.

Nice LCD. We considered several apartment options, manager Anastasia showed about 5-7 apartments, explained everything clearly, talked about the possibility of transferring certain walls, explained the possibility of installments, the planned functionality of the residential complex with shops, shopping centers and others. We are waiting for a solution to the issue of charging stations for electric vehicles, I recommend watching it!

Good people work, kind people. You can send a letter on New Year's Eve. The LCD is very beautiful. Personally to the residents: there will be a shopping center, 5 more houses, a school and a kindergarten. There is a video, but more than 3 minutes.
