The next morning, the notification that the flight was rescheduled here I was even more paranoid , and they also write a recalculation in the application, I think well, I'm cheating, I'm writing a vacation to the operator on heartburn, I answered within 2 hours, said nothing to pay extra. I'm waiting for a day, two, three, nothing, the status is still recalculated, the benefit was prompted to verify on the airline company's website and then I was glad everything was fine, I registered for the flight, it can be seen that the workload is large, everything went fine with me, I bought a ticket from Stavropol to Sochi and back.

I do not recommend buying anything here: for the first time in all flights, it was with this service that a jamb appeared when they tried to reschedule the connecting flight 2 days earlier: so that I spent 2 days in the country of docking instead of several hours... phone support does not respond, the reason for the flight cancellation is not called, compensation for flight cancellation and hotel accommodation in the city of docking is not offered, they respond in the chat an hour after the question with some general scripts that are not related to the questions being asked. As a result of senseless attempts to reschedule the flight, they were sent to communicate directly with the support of the Chinese airline: well, that is, to call China and spend time on an international call for 15-20 minutes, taking into account the waiting on the line. I booked a hotel through this service for myself, my wife and child of 2 years for the end of July-beginning of August 2025 and paid in full. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I had to cancel the booking.
I called the hotel. They agreed on a full refund for One Two Trip without any penalty. However, One Two Trip showed wonders of unheard-of greed, despite the circumstances of the cancellation and the fact that it was still six months before the check-in date, he charged 25,000 rubles for the cancellation, citing some internal rules.
We travel frequently and have traveled to almost 50 countries. During this time, it was necessary to postpone and cancel bookings - this is normal, because circumstances can change dramatically in six months. But, neither booking.com , neither trip.com Neither the hotels themselves have ever charged any fines or commission for cancellations 6 months before arrival!
I strongly do not recommend booking through this service, because you will be charged for the air, even if you are not going anywhere!
