I booked a hotel through this service for myself, my wife and child of 2 years for the end of July-beginning of August 2025 and paid in full. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I had to cancel the booking.

However, One Two Trip showed wonders of unheard-of greed, despite the circumstances of the cancellation and the fact that it was still six months before the check-in date, he charged 25,000 rubles for the cancellation, citing some internal rules.
We travel frequently and have traveled to almost 50 countries. During this time, it was necessary to postpone and cancel bookings - this is normal, because circumstances can change dramatically in six months. But, neither booking.com , neither trip.com Neither the hotels themselves have ever charged any fines or commission for cancellations 6 months before arrival!
I strongly do not recommend booking through this service, because you will be charged for the air, even if you are not going anywhere!
