After a failure in the payment system, the OneTwoTrip campaign refused to purchase tickets, and then retroactively issued tickets, although I already bought them from another company. After trying to contact me (there is no big problem-there is no hotline phone, the chat is answered by "a robot-Tolya or Gena", they began to demand a bunch of screenshots, copies of tickets, etc. They provided everything, as they wrote to me that this would help solve the issue of a refund positively. A day later, they began to lie that they had no failure and turned out to return the money. A very murky company registered somewhere in Holland. so the money stolen from me also probably went to weapons for Ukraine.
