Everything is fine. Clean, beautiful, modern. The issue took 3 minutes to resolve. Everything is fast and clear, without any hassle. The electronic queue is broken, but there were no queues without it.
The progress of the queue is the most terrible, one third of all windows are working, you will sit and wait for at least half an hour. Surprisingly, when there was one window in the Moscow administration, issues were resolved 2 times faster.
Pros: the idea is great, but today the technical part failed, the electronic queue does not work and all work is paralyzed :) we need to come up with some kind of backup for such emergency situations
