The year 2025 (January 8) began with this TERRIBLE place. The paperwork for receiving adult diaper allowance has been moved to a "one-stop shop." I waited in the electronic queue
for more than two hours. At least the ticket says

, I can't even go to the bathroom or get some fresh air. There are under 100 people, maybe more indoors, it's winter - everyone is dressed. And then on January 9th, they call from the old place of reception of documents and ask to bring a photocopy. That is, all the documents are in the same place again!!! But what the hell is that all. EVERYTHING FOR THE PEOPLE!!!. many thanks to the organizers of "One Window". Now the money will come to the disabled person in a month. God forbid that he doesn't die or that the public services benefit from such nonsense.

Rough. As long as all the benefits were through the administration, there were no such problems at all. There seem to be a lot of employees here, and an electronic queue, but this is the most disgusting organization. That it took three days to update the documents in January. That now you just give the certificate, you wait two hours. And the queue is organized strangely, it is impossible to understand how many people are in front of you. Moreover, the central one is somehow more active, it is the railway district that is disgusting.

The organization of work in this place is simply disgusting!!! They don't know the basic laws... the queues are terrible, there is one window for both "submit documents" (up to an hour) and "pick up" (40 seconds). I waited in line for 40 minutes, although I was next to pick up the documents in a minute...Is it normal? Make a separate window for the finished documents!!! As long as I go there, there's only one negative...
