I visited this place with my family on May 9th. I booked a table, it was prepared for our arrival as it should be.
The kitchen is excellent. Salads, meat, seafood - everything is on the level.
The service is excellent. Julia, the waitress, handled her duties flawlessly.
Waiting is acceptable. The waitress warned that the dishes will be prepared for a long time, we naturally understand and do not condemn. But the dishes arrived even faster than they should have.
The prices are average. The dishes fully justify their cost.
As a result, it is 5/5. The atmosphere, the cuisine, the music, the service - everything is wonderful.

This is the first restaurant of the chain that I have visited, in general. I decided: I will return to Grodno and come back again.
I came in. It would be better not to spoil the experience.
People were sitting only on the street. In principle, there are not many people who have already eaten or were expecting an order.
5 minutes near the hostess counter-no one.
I took the menu myself, decided to check with the waiters where I could sit. No one responded. However, one of the girls said: sit down where it's free. Sat down.
10 minutes, no one came up.
The receptionist stood nearby and instructed the waiters on good service. In vain. It's useless.
I made a choice for a neighboring institution - Our business. And for good reason.
I told the Odessa administrator my comments. Actually, I think she's purple. She didn't say a word in response.
ps what's with the price tag? It has equaled Moscow. In Minsk, the price of dishes is 3-4 rubles lower. And the service is on the level.

We were here two days in a row on May 9th and 10th, and as if in different establishments.
The first time we stopped by just on the way and everything turned out great. The waitress Anna is great, and so is the hall administrator. It was delicious, fast enough, even though there were a lot of people. I liked everything so much that we decided to book a table for the next day - it was my daughter's birthday.
And so we made a mistake!!!!
A huge request to the management of this cafe to pay attention to the shift that worked on May 10 in the evening!!!!!
They forgot about our reservation... But we still found a place. They said there was a hot wait of about an hour. TWO hours and then after a few reminders!!!
Mulled wine - something diluted with water (waiter - yes, some ingredients are not available) Then why are you selling it?!!!!
Dessert was brought before the hot one with the words - then they just won 't be able to cook it ...
Since we still had an event planned, we left with a spoiled mood and ate only salad and dessert.

A good place to come with young children, there is a stage for fun and a playroom. The food is terrible and not worth even half of its cost. Everything is done slowly and served cold on the table. The staff reacted quickly to the comments, but the dish was simply heated in the microwave. It is definitely worth going there just to drink tea or coffee with a delicious cake or good wine and have fun, but you should not order food there.

Waiters bring cocktails without ingredients to the table. We ordered 2 aperol, brought a sprite tinted with tonic. Before that, we ordered at the bar, everything was more or less, but still not the same. The waiter did NOT react to our remark in ANY way. I don't care about people. The restaurant cannot cope with such a load. Establishments nearby, even taking into account the large number of people, cope better and are at least glad to see guests.

We are always warned if you wait longer than usual for a dish, so there are never any problems with orders. I was very pleased that pregnant women and young children are offered a milkshake as a compliment from the institution.

An adult and children's menu was brought to us. The children's menu was dented and painted by another child. It took us a while to realize that this piece of paper was a menu. There was a special offer for the set that day and we agreed to order it. The waiter warned that the food would be brought in turns. Among all the snacks of the set, our 6-year-old child does not eat anything and we wanted to order him food from the main menu. The waiter said that the child's food will be cooked for 1.5 hours or more. We asked to cook soup for the child faster, but we were CATEGORICALLY refused. We drew the waitress's attention to the fact that Rebecca is 6 years old and asked how we would eat, and the child would sit hungry and wait? The receptionist also CALMLY refused! We are guests of Grodno and for the first time we came across such a service in this wonderful city! Good luck and peace to these "sharks" of the restaurant business! Snacks are lovely. Slices, sausages, cucumbers, a bread basket with spreads..yum-yum (just writing a review, remembering and salivating).
Yes, the place is not for every day, not everyone will choose dishes from the menu for themselves. But you can come more often. I love this kind of cuisine. At home, but with taste, with an atmosphere.
