A wonderful hotel!!! Responsive staff . Clean and cozy . Air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator,glasses and plate in the room. The towels are clean and pleasant . Animation for children (morning exercises , water polo , gymnastics in the pool and games in the evening) , gymnastics for adults. Nice pool. There is always hot water. The area is very beautiful, even the exercise equipment is on the street. We had such a good rest that we didn 't notice any disadvantages . We recommend this hotel for holidays with children.

I was vacationing with my wife and 5-year-old child from 06/11/19 to 06/21/19 in a junior suite. I liked it - a short distance to the sea, friendly service, a good pool, and at the end of the holiday there was a children's animation (although the travel agency promised immediately). I didn't like it - upon arrival, they waited 3 hours for check-in, there was a refrigerator, a kettle and 3 glasses in the room (why glasses? Niklo did not answer), there was no food (you had to go to another hotel or cafe), check-out was at 17:00, but they forced you to check out before 12.00 (they clarified twice if you were going), and you had to be somewhere for 5 hours. 5 out of 10.

Everything is very expensive in Koblevo, the south and fruits are more expensive than ours, the food in the canteens is expensive, the sea blooms and stinks, I definitely will not go anymore.It is more expensive than in Turkey and Egypt, as a result, it turns out a lot for the price of a voucher, and then, as you buy ice cream for children, you will come home and count and find out that it is not cheaper.
