For 650 euros per day in the 2020 season, we did not expect that more, we just expected something else!
After a great stay in 2019 at the Les Sherpas 4* hotel, the impressions were finally spoiled. For from the best to the bad is still a test.
Indeed, the pictures were shot very well, but in fact the old numbers are patched up.
1. Dirty dishes and appliances for breakfast. When asked why, Staff replied "the car washes like that", they don't even try to polish it. You can find leftovers on the appliances. Scramble is rotten almost always. Tomatoes and carrots are strange, as if pickled. It's very tasteless. In general, you will not leave hungry. We always took sausages and boiled eggs, fruits. Apart from the fact that the dishes are dirty and the staff quietly hates you!) at exactly 10.30 am, they try in every possible way to kick you out of the dining room and if you take something, they can charge 15 euros for takeaway. Tasteless cappuccino for breakfast. The chefs are young boys in dirty overalls, with piercings and tattoos. They don't sweat it.
2. Weak reception. They solve your problems reluctantly, they speak English poorly. There is no room service. They don't smile at all. Not friendly.
3. Meals at the hotel - semi-finished products and snacks. Everything is in a hurry. Without a soul. They often confuse Or forget to bring something. Not everyone understands English. And the prices are not low at the same time!
4. There are old towels in the bathrooms and they are changed once a week, be prepared for this or pay extra to have them changed. And this is for such a price tag 😱 cleaning is normal, but shower gels are so tight that you can't sell them without a strong man. Water is spilling out of the bathroom onto the floor.
5. The rooms are cold. The heater is hanging. There are no kettles and a refrigerator in the room.
6. During our stay, many guests became infected with an unknown infection, all fell ill / among the staff, too, there were infected through one. Either rotovirus, or something more serious.
On the plus side: the view from the restaurant is gorgeous, on the mountains, in the style of a chalet, only the fireplace then gives you a headache.
Only African-American cleaners smile at this hotel, and a guy with long curly hair and glasses is a waiter. That's it!
There is a great rental on the ground floor below, it is not from the hotel. Adequate prices for skis from 27 euros!
In general, I do not recommend this hotel, even if there are no nearby places. You will not get high from rest.
