The situation occurred before leaving for another country. Upon returning, she started calling again (about a month has passed). It's no use. I had to go personally to the bank. 08.07 it turned out that the support operators have never transmitted information about the situation to the department that deals with these issues. I wrote a statement where I indicated everything, they promised to solve the problem in three working days. A week has passed, and today, July 15th, I was invited to the bank, and I do not know if my money will be returned to me. Data on the date, time and place of the incident, of course, were transferred to the bank.
The virtual card has stopped working, support is not responding in the telegram, the fb support account specified in the application does not exist! There is no reaction to the email either
