The hearth is just a Fire. Wonderful attitude to work and clients. Alice's fireplace was installed. At almost every stage, there was a question of installation (a roof of complex construction). We did everything professionally. This is the first time I've seen the director himself come to the first fireplace with his firewood after finishing the work. Many thanks to Stepan, Andrey, Tatiana. I don't know who writes positive reviews here, it can be seen "their own". I decided to buy a fireplace, Stepan gave me his phone number, when he decided (literally 3 days) with the model, I called him to make an advance payment. It must be said that the models listed on the website do not actually exist, in fact they sell air, but they promised to bring it to order in 1 week. The conversation was as follows:
Day 1: A call to Stepan, he is somewhere on the road, promises to call tomorrow.
Day 2. There is no call, I call myself, I get a promise that he will call back during the day. When I call again, he promises to call me back, but he never called me back.
Day 3. There is no call.
Day 4. I'm calling myself, he doesn't pick up the phone.
The prices listed on the site are below, in fact, as I wrote above, they sell air, I wasted my time on them. If they promise to bring it to order, it's not a fact that you will receive your product, so a free tip is to run!
