I stayed at this hotel in July 2023.
Positive:
- decent food and unlimited drinks
- Normal room stock
- Nice sun beds and umbrellas on the beach
- Friendly staff in places
This is where the advantages end
Minuses:
- dirty beach: this year there are a lot of jellyfish in Hammamet (as big as a child's head and very biting), for some reason the hotel workers put these jellyfish on the shore; dirty black algae along the shore, sellers of all sorts of nonsense, the highlight of the program are camels and a horse, who ride along the shore and abundantly fertilize the "purest" The beach is 5 stars with the products of its vital activity;
- The 16+ hotel turned out to be a kindergarten (literally only children), there really is no children's animation, but there are a lot of children themselves, so it's a lie with adults only;
- On weekends, the hotel becomes a paid beach for locals, as a result of which there are too many people everywhere (and there are an impossible number of children and complete paralysis of the pool), and the already weak Wi-Fi does not work at all;
- Service: bring a dental kit from 3 times (first they will forget and bring a shower cap, knowledge of English and French will not save from the unprofessionalism of the staff); Napkins in the restaurant are put once in front of the first guests, be ready to sit at a dirty table without napkins; drinks will be carried as long as you are lucky and they will definitely confuse that you need it; they won't give you spoons-look for it yourself, and so on;
- Security: sneakers were taken away by the pool and the guards could not help due to the lack of cameras; draw conclusions about how unpleasant it would be to lose a bag with a phone in the same scenario;
- Towels on the beach-there is a station, but the towels will be given out crumpled and they are forever gone;
- Spa: hammam, peeling and massage for 30 minutes costs 4,200 rubles for our money. In the hammam, we were met by a very friendly, but mentally unhealthy woman who poured something suspiciously similar to soaked laundry soap over us from a terrible plastic bucket, screamed songs in Arabic in a wild voice and tried to rub very intimate places not intended for unfamiliar people, accompanying her actions with comments in Arabic and giggling; completed the program of an unprofessional massage from a spa receptionist;
- Attempts at an outright divorce for money (when leaving, they tried to take money from us for lunch on the first day, despite the fact that we rested on the all inclusive system);
- Strange (author's) cleaning-some idiotic flowers and begged leaves on the bed (not in the way everyone is used to, but in a small pancake crumb) and on the rug in the bathroom (it's unclear why) instead of a scheduled vacuum cleaning.
