A cozy hotel on the first line, a well-groomed green area, a diverse number of rooms, a clean beach and a swimming pool with sun loungers. Everything in the room is working: safe, air conditioning, plumbing. Daily cleaning service.
The hotel already requires cosmetic repairs in some places, but this does not affect the rest, it is quite a decent 4p. I would like to complement the breakfasts with a little native food: porridge, cereal ...) I also note the convenient location of the hotel, there is everything nearby within walking distance!

I have been to this hotel 4 times, but there has never been anything like this time! The beach is not cleaned (the sand was already leveled early in the morning, garbage was removed). The food is a weak three, monotonous. The rooms are in dilapidated condition, the plumbing is all shaky, the shower splashes in all directions, but they are cleaned daily and well. Previously, upon arrival, guests were greeted with a small basket of fruits. This is not the case now. In general, the hotel is redirected to local tourism. There are a lot of local tourists, and accordingly the kitchen is set up for them. In general, Oh and Ah. I am very disappointed with this hotel, I will not come there again.

The territory is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious! There is a mini bar. Tea and coffee will be replenished daily. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed every day too. A wide strip of beach. Lots of sun loungers. In general, the hotel is cool!

We have been to this hotel several times. I used to pull 4 stars, now everything is sad. The hotel is "tired" and requires updates. Repairs are required in the rooms (traces of leaks on the walls), household appliances (including air conditioning) do not work well, broken furniture, questionable room cleaning, and breakfasts are generally sad

We were in 2019. The review was written at the same time, but forgot to send itHi! We are a married couple, we visit Vietnam often, because it's a thrill! But it was Muine who fell in love! It's in Ocean Star now! The hotel, like most in this country, is designed for any category of tourists, I'm SORRY, and important as "penguins" and the simplest, non-biased countrymen (who go to "tslantsy" and eat doshirak).The hotel is divided into two main streets, one for Russians, the second for our Vietnamese brothers and friends from fraternal China! No one intersects with each other and does not cause discomfort! The reviews that alarmed us about tourists from China have not been confirmed! Lies!!! As in all other hotels in Vietnam where we have been!We write in confusion, as we think, you know, when 0.5 Saigon beer is 30 re, and aged Vietnamese rum is 400 re, and fine Dalat dry red wine is 200 re, it is difficult to resist the temptation. The same can be said about food!Thoughts are flying and I really want to share my happiness with everyone! Breakfast at the hotel, as in many (and almost all) hotels, is the same - fried eggs, omelette, BACON, juices, fruits (even for children and porridge and potatoes), or you can also ask the chefs! Believe me, we have three children! And if it weren't for fellow countrymen who like to put food in bags (for whom it's really a shame), then no one would be hungry! About food: we've been to the all-inclusive Sailingbay hotel - everything is super, there is a lot of food! As it seemed to us, there is not enough seafood, they give frogs, sharks, shells, shrimps once a day!🤔. And the cuisine is more European, suitable for families with children! Our children dipped bacon into the chocolate fountain, it was super for them!😃😃😃😃 But if you want to get high from Southeast Asian food, and not get dysentery, go to the trusted cafes! There were Hindus, Armenians and Germans! It's very tasty everywhere,
but we love to eat at Madame Ding!😃😃😃Countrymen call such places "Uzbek". Maybe the interior is similar... but... It's not about the price

The hotel is quite good, for Vietnam. Decent bungalows (we lived in 2 bungalows - the children in one, we in the other). But the air conditioners don't always work well, and the batteries in the remotes had to be changed. The condition of the room as a whole is on the 4th floor. The beach is specific: strong winds and strong waves are almost constantly blowing away. A lot of people ride on boards with an air sail (kiting). In fact, it's a lot of fun when you're constantly overwhelmed by a wave in the water - but two pairs of glasses have floated away forever, and you won't be able to swim at all (unless you're a world swimming champion). Nevertheless, the children, and we as a whole, were delighted - such a local extreme, and without a real threat to life. )) The sand, however, is fine and very clingy - it was always brought from the beach in significant quantities to the floor in the room. The pool was used infrequently, everything is OK with it in general, but it is not particularly large and interesting. The pool bar didn't work at all, apparently the hotel had seen better days. The food is normal, 4+. But we lived only on breakfast - lunch or dinner, or both in the city - cheap and often very tasty. And massage in Vietnam is super profitable!! total for 300 rubles an hour, the class master has 900 re with banks and special techniques... Of course, not at the hotel, but not far away - we went to the salon about 15 minutes on foot. However, overall the hotel seemed pretty good. However, there is a problem with the language. It's difficult to talk to a Russian at the reception, you can't talk to the staff in principle. Even in the lobby, English is such that you won't understand it. You can explain yourself somehow. One thing really bothered us - while the safe was not working, and they were in no hurry to fix it, despite my complaints, 380 dollars were stolen from the suitcase on the second day (and even more than 1000 were left - the calculation, apparently, was that we simply would not notice that the amount had decreased). Moreover, this was done despite the closed combination lock (either the code was picked up, or there was a universal key to the lock). So in no case in Vietnam do not hide money just in a suitcase - a safe and only a safe! In general, I would rate for 4* and Vietnam at 4, maybe 4 with a minus, but this is not bad - rather, a reflection of the general condition of this resort. The hotel should be considered simply as a base for a hike to the sea and around the city.

Great hotel! The good part of mui ne is about the beach and civilization! Near the hotel you can rent a bike from a Vietnamese Tanya, try a kite, buy everything you need.
The hotel has good rooms, both in the main building and separate houses, the pool is large, there are enough sun beds for everyone both near it and by the sea! One of the best hotels in Mui Ne in terms of price - quality ratio! Cleaning, breakfast, beach - everything is worthy of attention)) yes, it is better, of course, but the price is twice as high, believe me)
Take a bike and drive around the village - market, food court, Phan Thiet city, etc. Try different cafes! Because there are many cafes a la Teahouse within walking distance, which do not shine with quality...

Hi! Nice hotel! We have been to many hotels in Mui Ne this favorite!!! We celebrated the New Year several times at different times in this hotel, super! We had a rest in February 2020, a great hotel, real 4 stars. Large, green area, 1st line, private beach, swimming pool. The building in which they lived is on the shore, from a sunbed on the beach to a refrigerator with beer (in the room) 50 meters :). Wonderful breakfasts. Cleaning every day with replacement of bed linen and towels.

The territory is well maintained and beautiful. We lived as a family in a Family villa – these are separate houses, for two two-room rooms. A very significant drawback is the excellent audibility of the neighbors, even when they are just talking. It was saved by the fact that the neighbors had a very small child, they were very quiet so as not to wake up. And then they moved out, the neighbor's room was empty. And if a noisy company settled, then the rest would be ruined.
There are no such problems in regular rooms.
Another disadvantage is that the Internet is only in the lobby. Although they write on their Internet access website, this is a lie, it is not in the rooms.
The beach is nice and sandy. The sea is calmer in the morning, and the waves are stronger after lunch.
4* is of course bent. 3* - it doesn't seem to be true anymore. The room stock is old, cleaned every day. The SPA is declared, but in fact it does not exist, only the signboard. But he doesn't really need it either - massage on every corner.

A 4* hotel does not pull, an old foundation, old creaky beds, washed linen and towels. The food is good, there are enough sun beds on the beach, the sea is for an amateur and a kitesurfer. The area is surrounded by tropical greenery, although there is no lighting of the paths in the evening. And don't take rooms with access to the neighboring Unique Hotel, there is a construction site behind it, a crane is working.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool. The breakfasts are varied and hearty. There were always fruits. The juices are natural, not JUPI as in other hotels. The rooms are spacious. The safe is not very successful, after recoding it could open once from the 20th. It is better to carry a larger currency, rather than a small one - the exchange rate is better. There are many temptations for alcohol, jewelry, and leather goods. Lunches and dinners are about $ 5-15 per person, depending on the wallet.

It gets worse and worse every year. We were in 2017, now we are back in 2019. Ants walk in droves in the rooms. The lamp on the bedside table was broken. They used the safe. The key to the safe was handed over at the reception after leaving for an excursion. Upon arrival, the key was returned only to the room. They tried to sell us a duplicate key for $50. But then suddenly the key was found when the cameras were pointed out. Breakfast is so-so. There is no variety. Fruits sometimes smelled of mold. A piece of glass from a beer bottle was found in the pool. The place on the beach had to be occupied from 5-6 in the morning. The beach bar sold only beer.
We shouldn't have returned to this hotel. But if you eat for the first time, then it's fine.

Horror. In the hotel for the 2nd time. It's getting worse and worse. Divorce for money. The territory is not well maintained, the plants are all full of pests and diseases. A broken bottle was found in the pool. At the reception, they tried to divorce us for losing the key to the safe. As a result, after offering to look at the surveillance camera and the bulkhead of the keychain, the key was miraculously found. Before that, it was offered to pay $ 50. Look for another hotel. Especially those who have been to Vietnam more than once.
