The end for my patience was the situation when a hotel employee at 11 a.m. began to knock insistently on the room door, we came to rest and did not plan to get up at 11 a.m. She came to us to tell us that we needed to move into the next room, because ours was booked. Didn't we book? We had a reservation and we paid for all 4 days of stay at once, we were not warned. We refused and asked for money for the 2 remaining days ago, after which we were immediately allowed to stay in our room. We did not agree to this, the impression was spoiled and this indulgence did not correct it. The woman called the manager or the owner, and when we asked him to return the money, he replied to my young man with something from the category of "well, you're a Kyrgyz, you have to understand." I am not a Kyrgyz and I did not pay as a Kyrgyz and for my money I want to receive, if not good service, then at least peace of mind, a good attitude and a properly working shower. I do not advise you to stay here, it is better to spend a little more money, but live in comfort.
