An interesting high-rise in the Dubai Marina area. There are many grocery stores and cafes nearby. The tram stop is a one-minute walk away. Beach and evening entertainment on the shore across the street. Marina Promenade is 10 minutes away. A convenient area, a good complex. There is a lake and a clearing)))
