Good afternoon, we stayed at the hotel in December before the New Year, the only big disadvantage was waiting for the room from 6 am to 4 pm!! It was very tiring, especially after the overnight flight. And the rest of the rest was wonderful! Everyone is very responsive and friendly! Pool and beach workers Sajid, Shahid,Mahmoud, Abdul, Kayum. Instructor Anastasia conducted excellent classes on the beach. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied.All this is thanks to the chef, and as a person he is very attentive and has a sense of humor. Have you always been interested in how things are going, how is the food? And his assistants Mena Nabil and waiter Mahmoud are a very good employee. And the receptionist also helped us, we didn't remember his name, but he's the only one there. Thanks a lot to him! The sea and the beach were warm and clean, there were plenty of sun loungers, and the wonderful people who serve this hotel made our stay wonderful!

It was my first visit in tis beautiful country! When I arrived I feel like at home.
I stay for nineth days for holiday.
Now I July, I am still here.
I enjoy every my day. The weather is nice, the sea near my hotel. Usually in the morning I swim then go to have breakfast.
Now I would like about meal. Its delicious!!
Every day its diffeenot the same,
Most of the people aftet every meal said Thank you to the chief and all the staff.
About the room every day has cleand.
I have a holiday like a queen!!
Next year I will be back again to continue my unforgetful holiday in this beautiful country!!

We had a rest in 2023 and in 2024 in February, and were very satisfied!
Clean beach, there are always sun beds, beautiful view.
A wonderful variety of food, especially for those who need a gentle one, there is also a children's table. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, delicious bread (tortillas, etc.), meat, poultry. We were always well-fed and in a great mood!
The staff was calm and friendly, they always helped and talked about everything.
There is a store nearby with everything you need just in case, and a pharmacy.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day and changed towels and linen. There is a large swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as a Jacuzzi bowl with hot water-there was enough space for everyone!

After the change of ownership (the Spanish Barcello line), the hotel has changed, and so has the catering system. At first glance, there is absolutely everything and no one will starve. Breakfast-dinner (lunch) is standard, if there are excursions, you can change them. But drinks in the evening and at lunch are paid. Of course, 15-25 dirhams is not very expensive, but still. There are not many fruits either. Children have plenty of space- ice cream always! There are different porridges and soups. You can leave the hotel for free to any Mega Mall and return as scheduled) once every few days to Dubai Mall)

We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel is gorgeous. The territory is small, but this is a huge plus. It's quiet and peaceful, just for a family vacation.
The rooms are clean and cozy with a new, modern renovation. The staff is friendly, always ready to help, tell, show and explain. There were no complaints to anyone, from cleaning to reception and kitchen.
The food is excellent. The choice is decent, every meal you can find something to your taste. Sweets are a separate topic. Every day the chefs were pleased with something interesting.
Special thanks to the Russian-speaking receptionist. The man is a smile. I was always interested in how things were going, how my vacation was going and whether I liked everything.
We will be happy to return to this wonderful place once again.

The food deserves special attention - it is very tasty, there is everything - seafood, fish, meat for every taste, vegetables, fruits, desserts, soups, porridges. But we will be moved to kabana for free (rooms on the 1st floor with access to the pool), in our disagreement they provided what they paid for, but there is an opinion that the room was renovated. There is mold in the shower, the lock on the balcony is broken, the fire alarm turned on by itself: okay during the day, but at night twice a week - this is a mistake! The room had everything you needed, even an extra bed. They wanted to take her away, but for the jamb with the check-in (it was a long time and not what they wanted), they left her for the entire period of residence. Probably due to the proximity to the bay, the humidity in the hotel is very high and everything quickly comes to a slightly tired look. The hotel is directly oriented towards Russians: there is a Russian-speaking staff at the first lunch (we booked a day ago that we would check in at 10 a.m., and not wait 15 hours after a night flight, so we missed dinner and breakfast the first day, the hotel kindly invited us for lunch, I have never met this anywhere, very nice). So at the first lunch we met borscht, olivier, herring under a fur coat and buckwheat! During the week, these dishes (except buckwheat, it was every day) were served two or three times. The hotel is in a good location, there is a place to walk in the evening. Good service, excellent rooms with new finishes. I would especially like to mention the food — the choice is sufficient and the taste of the dishes does not disappoint. The cuisine is really diverse, new every day (Italian, Turkish, Mexican, etc.). I've never had a dish I didn't like.
One of the disadvantages is that when eating breakfast + lunch/dinner, drinks are available only at breakfast. Or for an additional fee (an average of 20 AED). But as far as I understand, you can take water with you.
I had a rest in late January and early February. There were days when swimming was forbidden. But the weather made it possible to just relax on the beach and sunbathe.

We had a vacation in December with a 3-year-old child. The hotel is calm and quiet. The beach on the first line is gorgeous, there were always enough sunbeds, clean. There are few people. The room was standard with a view of the city. If you sleep with air conditioning, it's fine, but if you sleep with an open balcony, then I don't recommend it at all - the noise and hum of cars is unbearable. It is better to take it with a sea view.

There is a territory, but it is very small. There is a swimming pool, Playground, Jacuzzi. There's nowhere to go out in the evening. If you just go to Sharjah for a walk or Dubai.
The food is not to say that it is completely bad, but it is not excellent either. We took three meals a day. The breakfasts are excellent. Especially delicious croissants . We stayed here in January 2025 and have visited this hotel 4 times before.
Everything is top-notch- the hotel itself, the first coastline, a clean pool, shuttle service to all major shopping malls, sooo delicious food 🥘
There were some issues, but they were immediately resolved by the hotel administration.
And the most important thing is that the animation is just awesome- I would like to mention Oksana the animator- I have never met such a sensitive and creative approach to children, the children are simply delighted! Your children will definitely not be bored here!
And also an animator who taught water aerobics and dancing for adults- the girl did well!

We returned from the hotel today and had a rest from January 12 to January 19, 2025. From the hotel you can go to the shopping malls of Sharjah and Dubai.

I really miss tea or at least water at lunch and dinner. If they put it in the rooms for free, why not put it in the restaurant????
People say that the hotel was bought by a Spanish chain, and perhaps this is why there are not the most positive changes in the catering system and in the attitude towards guests. A very arrogant young lady at the reception (I think her name is Victoria). She's not rude, she doesn't shout, but she talks as if she's lending money. The hotel staff is neutrally polite, trying to follow instructions rather than solve the guests' questions. They refused to replace one dinner (we had full board) with lunch on the day of departure, but at the same time they asked us to take a free photo for the hotel's Instagram. It's a small thing, but it's significant. As a result, there was no desire to return to this hotel.
In general, I can recommend the hotel to tourists with children and those who are not spoiled by client-oriented hotels.

We went there for juice and kefir, each time the same purchases. When I flew with a friend, they took only breakfast and a lot of excursions, and some of them with meals. (evening boat trip , desert safari, trip to Abu Dhabi) therefore, kefir for the night. We took breakfast and lunch with the children, and we also had enough, we did not go hungry. Children love a large pool with a slide, there is a separate pool for kids under the slide. There is a gym and a games room. The territory is small, everyone walks along the beach along the hotels nearby, but one has not been working for a long time and there are few people in the second. Of the cons, locals come to relax at the hotel on weekends and it can be very noisy by the pool, everyone with children mostly. Therefore, it is better to plan excursions for the weekend, which we did. In September, the bay is very warm and we rested by the pool. In March, on the contrary, it was cold and few people swam, too, all by the pool. And in May we really liked everything, the water is wonderful and it's not very hot 30-38.

The only thing that was a little annoying was the noisy aquabikes behind the buoys with our tourists and other people's children from the next room, whose grandmother and mother for some reason lived in the same room at the other end of the hotel, and these children (boys) in another room opposite ours. For some reason, these boys were constantly lying at the door of our room and for some reason, without headphones and with the sound turned on loudly, they were playing games on their phones (allegedly the Internet was not working in their room). I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but prepare for such options.

There were queues at the entrance for breakfast, more free for lunch (apparently many had breakfasts and dinners, or maybe only breakfasts) there was always one type of soup, 4 side dishes, 3 types of meat, salads, desserts. The menu is almost the same from day to day. Dinner is about the same as lunch.
In the cafe on the street, they kept forgetting what we ordered and brought a burger: (justifying that everything was over, take a burger).
from drinks: Perier mineral water (which pleased us), cola, fanta, sprite, soda (how it differs from mineral water, we still did not understand) and NO ALCOHOL! even on New Year's Eve, they served alcohol-free, in their opinion, champagne.

in 2024, we faced such a problem as pigeons in our room on the balcony)) perhaps previous tourists fed them on this balcony and pigeons flew to us in a crowd and left behind not very pleasant traces)) it was already impossible to walk, everything was fine ... after reading the ways on the Internet, we scared them off with foil from a chocolate bar that was brought on a rope from above, maybe it will help someone.
The air conditioners are really noisy, someone gets in the way of sleeping, someone doesn't (I don't). but in Carlton there was much more noise at times and it is not clear what. we used air conditioners before going to bed, then turned them off at night, but do not open the balcony, otherwise it will become stuffy at one moment.
The rooms are cleaned every day, water is brought, cream, coffee and tea. everything is fine in this regard. The beds are comfortable, but the cots are hard (but I don't care, I slept like a baby).
She seemed to mention everything, I liked everything in general. (do not feed pigeons, at least on balconies, they shit wherever they are fed, and sometimes they arrange sparring concerts)

We had a good sea and a clean sandy beach in early January 2025. Smooth approach, it's good to splash with children. There were few people, there were enough sun beds, and towels were provided without any problems. The pool is small and sooooo warm, it's just hot. The slide is a little uneven, rough. The sea is beautiful! There is animation on the beach - charging, dancing, darts, and something else. The restaurant is good, meat and fish dishes, second courses, juices, especially mango, pineapples and melons - everything is delicious. Desserts and yogurts are also delicious. The food was good, but half-board drinks for lunch and dinner are not included, they offer to buy extra for 20 dirhams for 1 drink. There is no alcohol at all. Convenient free transfers to Dubai Mall and malls in Sharjah. An interesting sightseeing tour from a tour operator to Dubai for $90 per person from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. . First, they brought me to a store with Egyptian perfumes and oils, it was fun, they advertised it all very funny, then there was the "Arab" market. Then there is a viewing platform in Palm Jumeirah, dinner on a boat, the Dubai mall and the fountain show at the Burj Khalifa. I liked everything. When checking in, I had to pay extra for a good room, first we checked into a room with a view of a noisy humming transformer. The room is cleaned normally, the bed is comfortable, wide, the bathroom is normal, clean. You can buy delicious juices and Dubai chocolates near the hotel. Everything was fine! According to the spouse, the big disadvantage is the complete absence of alcohol and even beer. Refuses to travel to the UAE for the second time.

We have been to this hotel more than once and we will come again! A very good hotel, access to the sea, the beach is super sandy, the kitchen is also a credit and fish chicken meat vegetables are always all there. I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years! I'm crazy about him! Compact, everything is convenient, the kitchen is delicious, the staff solves all the little things quickly, everyone is smiling, everything is fine! The last time was from July 10, 24, the weather was pampered, it was very good, there was no heat, air 34-36, water 31-33! There's even a breeze in the evening! Don't be afraid to go in the summer!
