Good afternoon, we stayed at the hotel in December before the New Year, the only big disadvantage was waiting for the room from 6 am to 4 pm!! It was very tiring, especially after the overnight flight. And the rest of the rest was wonderful! Everyone is very responsive and friendly! Pool and beach workers Sajid, Shahid,Mahmoud, Abdul, Kayum. Instructor Anastasia conducted excellent classes on the beach. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied.All this is thanks to the chef, and as a person he is very attentive and has a sense of humor. Have you always been interested in how things are going, how is the food? And his assistants Mena Nabil and waiter Mahmoud are a very good employee. And the receptionist also helped us, we didn't remember his name, but he's the only one there. Thanks a lot to him! The sea and the beach were warm and clean, there were plenty of sun loungers, and the wonderful people who serve this hotel made our stay wonderful!

I stay for nineth days for holiday.
Now I July, I am still here.
I enjoy every my day. The weather is nice, the sea near my hotel. Usually in the morning I swim then go to have breakfast.
Now I would like about meal. Its delicious!!
Every day its diffeenot the same,
Most of the people aftet every meal said Thank you to the chief and all the staff.
About the room every day has cleand.
I have a holiday like a queen!!

We had a rest in 2023 and in 2024 in February, and were very satisfied!
Clean beach, there are always sun beds, beautiful view.
A wonderful variety of food, especially for those who need a gentle one, there is also a children's table. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, delicious bread (tortillas, etc.), meat, poultry. We were always well-fed and in a great mood!
The staff was calm and friendly, they always helped and talked about everything.
There is a store nearby with everything you need just in case, and a pharmacy.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day and changed towels and linen. There is a large swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as a Jacuzzi bowl with hot water-there was enough space for everyone!

We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel is gorgeous. The territory is small, but this is a huge plus. It's quiet and peaceful, just for a family vacation.
The rooms are clean and cozy with a new, modern renovation. The staff is friendly, always ready to help, tell, show and explain. There were no complaints to anyone, from cleaning to reception and kitchen.
The food is excellent. The choice is decent, every meal you can find something to your taste. Sweets are a separate topic. Every day the chefs were pleased with something interesting.
Special thanks to the Russian-speaking receptionist. The man is a smile. I was always interested in how things were going, how my vacation was going and whether I liked everything.
We will be happy to return to this wonderful place once again.

But we will be moved to kabana for free (rooms on the 1st floor with access to the pool), in our disagreement they provided what they paid for, but there is an opinion that the room was renovated. There is mold in the shower, the lock on the balcony is broken, the fire alarm turned on by itself: okay during the day, but at night twice a week - this is a mistake! The room had everything you needed, even an extra bed. They wanted to take her away, but for the jamb with the check-in (it was a long time and not what they wanted), they left her for the entire period of residence. Probably due to the proximity to the bay, the humidity in the hotel is very high and everything quickly comes to a slightly tired look. The hotel is directly oriented towards Russians: there is a Russian-speaking staff at the first lunch (we booked a day ago that we would check in at 10 a.m., and not wait 15 hours after a night flight, so we missed dinner and breakfast the first day, the hotel kindly invited us for lunch, I have never met this anywhere, very nice). So at the first lunch we met borscht, olivier, herring under a fur coat and buckwheat! During the week, these dishes (except buckwheat, it was every day) were served two or three times. They feed well, they try. There is a children's table (small 2 trays of 2-3 dishes each), but there is also something to give children to eat from the main table. We had a vacation in December with a 3-year-old child. The hotel is calm and quiet. The beach on the first line is gorgeous, there were always enough sunbeds, clean. There are few people. The room was standard with a view of the city. If you sleep with air conditioning, it's fine, but if you sleep with an open balcony, then I don't recommend it at all - the noise and hum of cars is unbearable. It is better to take it with a sea view.

There is a territory, but it is very small. There is a swimming pool, Playground, Jacuzzi. There's nowhere to go out in the evening. If you just go to Sharjah for a walk or Dubai.

We went there for juice and kefir, each time the same purchases. When I flew with a friend, they took only breakfast and a lot of excursions, and some of them with meals. (evening boat trip , desert safari, trip to Abu Dhabi) therefore, kefir for the night. We took breakfast and lunch with the children, and we also had enough, we did not go hungry. Children love a large pool with a slide, there is a separate pool for kids under the slide. There is a gym and a games room. The territory is small, everyone walks along the beach along the hotels nearby, but one has not been working for a long time and there are few people in the second. Of the cons, locals come to relax at the hotel on weekends and it can be very noisy by the pool, everyone with children mostly. Therefore, it is better to plan excursions for the weekend, which we did. In September, the bay is very warm and we rested by the pool. In March, on the contrary, it was cold and few people swam, too, all by the pool. And in May we really liked everything, the water is wonderful and it's not very hot 30-38.

We stayed at this hotel twice at different times (December, March).
The hotel has a good location if you want to travel to Dubai more often. It's not very far to go. There is a shuttle service to Dubai Mall and other shops in Sharjah.
We were always checked in in the morning , almost as soon as we arrived . Usually the arrival is early around 8-9 am already at the hotel.
The rooms are good, they put water on when cleaning, there is one pool with one slide, animations are minimal. There is a small queue for breakfast , the administrators promptly seat everyone . We always took a tour with breakfast and dinner. It is convenient that you can go to lunch instead of dinner and vice versa. And you don't miss anything because of the excursions.
The hotel has its own nice beach, it is fashionable to walk along the coastline a little in different directions.
Of the disadvantages, there is almost nothing nearby, except for a small shop and a pharmacy. There is nowhere to go for a walk, we went to the mosque and to the amusement park across the bridge, it's a long way to go, but we are lovers of hiking.

It's not the first time we've flown to this hotel for a vacation, we've been to Lulu, Carlton, Grand Beach (it's no longer working), I liked the Occidental grand the most. Good food, beautiful rooms with sea views. In 2024, interesting classes were added, morning exercises, aquazumba in the sea (or step aerobics if the waves are strong), and evening classes, a music lesson, dancing, yoga (I was not at evening classes, I always went for a walk in the evening). About morning activities, I can say for sure that they charge for the whole day and are suitable for any age (both children and the elderly are engaged), so this is a very unexpected and pleasant bonus, also the instructors are charging funny girls, I mainly studied with instructor Anastasia, I liked everything, I wanted to go again and again.
in 2024, we faced such a problem as pigeons in our room on the balcony)) perhaps previous tourists fed them on this balcony and pigeons flew to us in a crowd and left behind not very pleasant traces)) it was already impossible to walk, everything was fine ... after reading the ways on the Internet, we scared them off with foil from a chocolate bar that was brought on a rope from above, maybe it will help someone.
The air conditioners are really noisy, someone gets in the way of sleeping, someone doesn't (I don't). but in Carlton there was much more noise at times and it is not clear what. we used air conditioners before going to bed, then turned them off at night, but do not open the balcony, otherwise it will become stuffy at one moment.
The rooms are cleaned every day, water is brought, cream, coffee and tea. everything is fine in this regard. The beds are comfortable, but the cots are hard (but I don't care, I slept like a baby).
She seemed to mention everything, I liked everything in general. (do not feed pigeons, at least on balconies, they shit wherever they are fed, and sometimes they arrange sparring concerts)

We definitely recommend it, but renovation of the remaining rooms is necessary.

They let you go to the sea from 7 a.m., the door is closed, and towels are not given out, but if you have a room on the 1st floor, with a terrace, then you can go from your room. Food- everyone has a different taste, every evening a different cuisine. Mexican, American, Asian, Russian, Continental, Arabic. We only had breakfast and dinner included, but upon check-out, we went to lunch (240 dirhams for three), and it seemed to us that dinner would be more interesting.
Pool - there is a lifeguard, one small pool, for kids, the other with different depths, in one place 1.40 m at the other end 2.70 m, which is very convenient. And there is a Jacuzzi.
The room is clean, everything works. The sockets near the bed are universal, suitable for Russian chargers. We cleaned and changed towels and bed linen on time, put a bottle of 0.5 water per person, every day.
There are a lot of families with children, therefore, ours was not boring, as he quickly found friends.
The location is near a pharmacy, shops.
There is a prohibition in this emirate, so there is no alcohol.

The children's room is closed, it is under restoration, as we were told, and will work with animators in October. The restoration of the hotel, there was noise, but it is floating, today in one place, tomorrow in another. In the next room, they made a balcony.

The food is good, the service is excellent. The room is cleaned perfectly, towels are changed every day. TAPAS and SHIVA employees distinguished themselves. Of the cons: we checked into the room with a delay at 15:40. We asked for a room so that there would be less noise, because we are pensioners, but we provided a room opposite the ventilation, it is impossible to go out on the balcony. And it's noisy in the room. The second disadvantage: draining water into the sewer in the shower cabin is bad. And I would also like to note that the restaurant has a small assortment of dried fruits and vegetables. These disadvantages did not spoil our rest. Basically everything is fine, and the sea is just lovely.

We went to this hotel with the children in early November 2023. In general, we were satisfied with the rest. The hotel is small, the food is good, drinks are paid. Sunbeds on the beach are engaged from 7 o'clock, we came after breakfast at 9 o'clock - there were not many places left, but there were always free places by the pool. A free shuttle bus runs from the hotel several times a day to Dubai Mall and back. We went several times to walk along the Dubai Mall, look at the Burj Khalifa and fountains. The cartoon also has a place to walk in the center, but you need to get to the center by taxi.
In general, I remembered and liked the trip, but we probably won't go to the UAE for the second time.

I promised my friends to leave a detailed review of the hotel. The European standard of cleanliness and order. Daily room cleaning. Excellent food: I am interested in olives, cheese of various types and herbs, watermelons and melons, hot meat or fish (usually fillets), baked goodies and desserts.In the morning, tea and coffee from the coffee machine, at lunch or dinner drinks are ordered for an additional fee. But there's a kettle in the room and you can make it yourself.

And only a few Arab families who played all day on the tennis court. The big plus of the hotel is its own beach, from the room to the 1st floor and in a minute you are in the water. Location 5 plus! The sea is clean, the sand is smoothed out in the evening by the car, the sun beds are comfortable.
In the lobby, you can always ask the attendant a question-everyone speaks Russian, there is also a souvenir stand with Dubai chocolate and Burj Khalifa. During our visit, the "Christmas tree, light up!" show was nicely organized in the pool area with cookies and canapés.The staff tries to please me, it's obvious, there is a 24-hour taxi service, I came over to take me to Al Noor island to watch the butterflies, and I went. I already had a business card from this service with me a year ago, but I hailed a taxi myself, as soon as I look at the highway, a car immediately pulls up out of the ground. There is a daily round-trip transfer to the shopping center.
There is also a pleasant woman sitting in the lobby, a little distracted, but she sends information about the tour and the meeting time to your phone immediately. When checking into the room, a small incident happened-we were placed with a sea view, not city view, as indicated on the voucher, and the next morning they said that we would be transferred to a room without a sea view, according to the voucher. Our attempts to prove that this was a deterioration of conditions, and we should have been immediately placed in the "city view" room were unsuccessful. We spent half the day packing our suitcases and finally settled in at 3 p.m.
