Great hotel, clean and beautiful rooms. Its own beach, mud is constantly being cleaned, the sea is quiet and calm. This is the best part of the spit, all the hotels that are located further along the spit are higher in stardom, but there is a sea in which it is impossible to swim, huge waves and a lot of mud it is simply impossible to go because it will immediately take away..
So if you want to swim, pay attention to the calmest sea from Cancun to the bend of the spit.
The hotel has excellent food and restaurants, insanely tasty and varied, there was rain in July only 1 time in 10 days.
The humidity is very high, the linen on the balcony will not dry, we tried it in the morning it remained the same wet.
Air conditioners are working everywhere, in the insanely cold! Do not make our mistakes, when we entered the room, the air conditioner was turned off because it was insanely cold and we went swimming, after a couple of hours we came and were shocked, there was water on the floor, everything was wet.. such humidity that air conditioners are the only way to drain the room..
Take your sweaters with you.. because it will be VERY cold in shops and buses.
Excellent hotel, excellent staff. Not a bad animation. Diverse cuisine from different countries.
The only drawback is that the private beach is located in the vicinity of the port from where boats depart to the nearby islands.
The hotel is not bad. The staff, the food is excellent. I didn't like the beach near the boat refueling. There is a catamaran parking nearby. There was a regular smell of exhaust fumes. It's a little far from the center, but that's not a problem, the transport runs great.
