Clean,well decorated hotel,cause lobby,beautiful smells,for one exception, to reach a hot water in your room-need to wait about 7 minutes,pls fix it

The area around the hotel is being built up, there is a construction site all around. During my stay, the facade was redecorated. It was noisy.
Everything is nice and clean inside, the staff is wonderful, breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style - everything is very tasty. At lunch, you can taste the national dish from the chef.
Transfer to the public beach. Daily cleaning in the room, but for three.

I liked the hotel , I recommend it for a vacation . But there are a number of disadvantages :
1. There is a construction site in the district and there is nothing but a couple of mini shops and a pharmacy. Walking around in the evening will not work.
2. The hotel is new, 2 years old, but there are big disadvantages to the condition. Torn pillows by the pool , stairs into the water , which creaks and wobbles . The rooms have dirty walls in places and a carpet that has already "seen life", there are hooks and threads hanging on towels.
3. The food is varied, but the chefs have no measures in spices. The spouse likes spicy, but even he could not eat most of the dishes.
4. Minus for me is that the pool is always in the shade. It is so located that the hotel itself blocks it from the sun and therefore the water is always very cool there , you get out of the water - in the shade , it 's also cool .
The hotel is beautiful, special thanks to the staff ! Very polite, smiling, responsive! Cleaning every day. We checked in earlier, as we arrived early, we didn't have to wait. Allowed to leave for free 2 hours later.
The rooms are cozy , the mattresses are just a bomb , a lot of pillows , a large modern TV . Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms too. The Internet is good , there were no problems .

The hotel is good. Positive: a new hotel, a new neighborhood, a fairly cheap shop nearby, a very cheap dining room with the name Lahore (the portions are gigantic, but there is life-threatening food in it - very spicy food). There is a wonderful restaurant in the hotel and if you take a room with breakfast and dinner, then you don't have to look for a place to eat during the day in the city.
Cons: incense is constantly sprayed in the hotel, and in the rooms they drip on the beds and pillows. The stench is terrible. It is impossible to adjust the climate system, and therefore it is cold in the room. Far from public transport, but the taxi arrives instantly.
In general, I recommend the hotel.

Be careful, this hotel tends to have parties until early in the morning and if the room overlooks the pool, you can be sure you will not have to sleep. The staff does not respond to comments, arguing that its normal in Dubai))) (Or maybe for someone it will be a plus at all))) We stayed in November 2023, the trip was a working one, we are not going to return to this hotel for a vacation.

Very nice hotel.
The food is very varied and delicious. The staff is friendly, friendly, will always tell you if you need something.
Not far from the metro, so it will not be difficult to get to any point in Dubai.
Of the minuses: a small pool and very!!!! there are few sunbeds for such a huge hotel.

A decent hotel. I liked the oriental-style interior. Friendly staff. Free transfer to the sea. Clean pool. The rooms are large and modern. I didn't like the distance from the metro, it's far enough to go. The breakfast is meager, more focused on Eastern customers. The hotel has a bar for evening entertainment.

I liked the hotel, it was clean and bright. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only thing was that I had to call every day and ask to bring clean bathrobes and towels, because they were often taken away after cleaning. Very decent food. There is not a lot of choice, but there are always 4 types of salad, a couple of side dishes, meat and fish, desserts, fruits. You won't leave hungry. Al Jadaf metro station is 15-20 minutes away on foot. What else I would like to note is the speed of solving any problems. I came or called the reception, the master came immediately or the robes were brought. Transfer 4 times a day hotel-La Mer beach-Dubai Mall Hotel. In general, I recommend it as a city hotel.

Friendly staff, the food is delicious. We got a cold room, very high humidity, nothing dried out, but without any problems we changed to another one, quite good, with a magnificent view from the window. The furniture is tired, broken cabinets and scuffed walls, but the huge bed is very comfortable. Cleaning is done daily. The pool is small but clean. There is a shuttle service to the beach, Dubai Mall. The metro is 15 minutes from the hotel, supermarkets are nearby.

The hotel itself is pleasant, I did not like the room, or rather the fact that it turned out to be dirty, everything was stained, it was unpleasant to walk on the floor. And now the most important minus: the remoteness from the metro and from the center, you are not particularly in the heat. But in general, it would be foolish to expect more for such a price.

As soon as we entered the hall, I felt a sharp unpleasant smell of fragrance. The reception staff is satisfactory. Rooms for two, but bath accessories for one. Hot water in the shower should be waited for when it warms up. The food is not great, but tolerable. In general, I would not settle with them anymore.
