I liked the market. I recommend everyone to try freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. It is very tasty here: sweet and tart. They also took fresh figs, pistachios, halva. They ate samsa in a local cafe - it was very tasty. There was also a pilaf to taste, there was a long queue behind it - it was disassembled instantly.
Of all the markets in Tashkent, this one, in my opinion, is the most convenient)) Good location, a very large selection of a wide variety of products, spices, drinks.
You can buy freshly squeezed pomegranate juice! 😊 All kinds of spices and tea for different weights are just a bomb)) 💣
Prices are different, something is cheaper, something is more expensive, but you can always bargain, sellers are happy to make concessions.
The market is very large, in addition to products, there are rows with clothes, souvenirs and other goods. There are many jewelry shops where you can buy a variety of gold and silver jewelry.
Security guards walk around the market, keeping order. People are all very friendly and responsive, they like to bargain))😆
You can buy literally everything here. And if you negotiate very well, the exchanger is also here))). The sellers are very friendly, but keep in mind, this is the east and they like to bargain here.
They give you everything to try, where without it. Life is in full swing here, you can go for everything you need, spices, clothes, dried fruits, etc., and just for an excursion, it's quite informative. And if you also talk to the sellers, then you will get a lot of comprehensive information.
a very cozy place, cleanly gives Uzbek vibe 😍 that 's what street food is called in Uzbekistan ! a huge assortment, kebab pilaf khanym ... everything is delicious
Immerse yourself in the 90s... If you miss it, then a pleasant nostalgia awaits you on Chorsu. Rows... Clothing, food, perfumes, ceramics and much more... All side by side... Gold, vegetables, spices, nuts and dried fruits... In general, whatever your heart desires))) and don't forget to look into the gluttonous rows... Pilaf, kebabs, salads, teas and samsa... Authentic atmosphere... And most importantly... Don't forget to bargain... Otherwise disrespect... In the bidding, a true price is born that satisfies both sides... You are in the "East" or "Asia", call it what you want... It's a way of life here... Have fun, bargain... Spend your time having fun... Chorsu - master si! I recommend it!
You can wander around this market all day. There are a lot of buildings, a large selection of everything, but the most important thing is bargaining, feel free to kill the price by exactly half and then slowly add a little bit and then bargain on the golden mean. Strawberries and cherries were bought the other day within 100 rubles per kg.
Oh, it's just an anthill of people, cars, tents and stalls with goods. You can probably buy everything here! And most importantly, there are always money changers at the central gate with a favorable exchange rate of the local currency))) Don't forget to bargain! It is very convenient that there is an exit from the subway, from which you immediately get to the epicenter of the atmosphere of the oriental bazaar. We lived nearby and Chorsu station was a guide for us to return to the hotel in the evening, but as it turned out, at night everything is not the same as during the day. After leaving the subway, we got lost in endless rows of bars and empty tents. Thanks to the caring woman, she took us to the main street, from where we safely reached our hotel.
In general, everything is cool, the food is delicious, first of all, the clothes are cheap, everything is popular, the simplicity of people's attitudes is excellent. I recommend it to everyone who wants to eat delicious food and make purchases
Wonderful authentic cuisine. They cook very well. You can find everything from food, fruits, spices, to very tasty tea. As in any market, you have to bargain.
A real oriental bazaar! In this market you can find everything your heart desires, from a bunch of greens to a needle (here you can find meat, fruits and vegetables, oriental sweets, tortillas ..... and needles))) It was a discovery for me "Zhorny Ryad', a place where they sell food cooked in front of you! An indescribable atmosphere of smells!
I strongly recommend visiting this market for those who want to see a real Oriental bazaar!
The oldest market in the capital. Every day, several thousand people trade here, several tens of thousands of people buy goods and food, this is a kind of Bombay of local bottling, in the good sense of the word. This is the national flavor of the capital, its history and the present, I definitely recommend visiting both the market and Zhorny Ryad, where you can eat delicious food. Good luck to everyone.
A large selection of vegetables, fruits, berries, and herbs. There are a lot of national clothes, dishes, souvenirs.
I liked everything. I dream of coming back to Tashkent and to the Chorsu market, of course.
Chorsu is a very good market in Tashkent, the prices are very very good, the food, the atmosphere, cleanliness, kebabs, fire in general. The first time in tosh, the impression is a simple bomb
It is a very atmospheric place, and at the same time it is grandiose. Friendly sellers are happy to treat you to everything they sell. While you're walking and trying, you can have a nice snack)
Charsu is not just a market, it is the history and heart of Tashkent. There are flea markets, food markets, and the purchase and sale of gold and silver. And most importantly, there is very tasty street food.
As usual, there are too many people. Quite a variety of products. Starting from the simplest and most everyday items and ending with jewelry. Definitely, all guests of our capital need to visit this bazaar.
A very cool atmospheric place with a huge selection of everything: from products for every taste (which is especially valuable - a lot of local), to clothes and household items. I strongly recommend you to visit.
A wonderful place to buy fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, cheese and everything! Do not forget, however, to ask what is what - it is not obvious: if it seems to you that this is a ready-made sausage, then it may be a blank, etc. Much is exotic and may not have analogues in your homeland. Do not forget to bargain - this is normal and even welcome here!
A colorful bazaar, there is a large pavilion with carpets (at prices from 5 to ......$). There is also a separate open-air food court. They mainly sell kebabs, khasyp, samsa, and other small things.
The only place in the city where you can bargain on food prices. The prices are high, but the food is high-quality and delicious. This is a great place mainly for tourists. Guests from abroad have the opportunity to get acquainted with dozens of types of our national dishes and try them at the same time.
The local colorful bazaar is more likely to be tourist-oriented. Beautiful interior, large selection of food, small selection of clothes, but inconvenient parking.
The oldest and main bazaar in Tashkent!
Visit the rows:vegetable, fruit, bread, dairy and many others...And after that, be sure to visit the so-called "Ovkat bozor", which means "Market of dishes" in Uzbek!!! Have a pleasant and informative walk around our Tashkent!!!
Do you want to arrange a delicious trip to Chor Su Bazaar? Stroll through the bright, colorful rows of fruits and vegetables, tortillas, oriental sweets and spices, baked and fried dough products... The awesome smell, taste and aroma will not leave anyone indifferent... Come on in. Kelinlar!..
A good market with a huge selection of everything! There are also clothes, national dishes, knives from different craftsmen. There is a large food department, there is a place to eat.
It's dirty, the food is very old, it's been on the street for at least a few days, there's no desire to eat there right away. It used to be different, now I don't recommend it.
It's really a very big market, you have to go and bargain. A large selection of different products, there is plenty to choose from. It is also very easy to get lost. There is a large selection of kebabs on the gluttonous rows, the price is reasonable. The compote is generally super. I also really liked Naryn and shish kebab...
An interesting place. You can visit and have a meal once for show in your journey. We ate shish kebab very tasty, but I like the places more civilized..
The first thing we did when we arrived in Tashkent was to come to this market, there was no limit to my imagination, it was expensive, the cuisine was not delicious, and everyone was trying to slip something, there was not a pleasant sediment left, our products in Shymkent are cheaper
The oldest market in Tashkent, many products are very cheap, you can and should bring tourists here. Very atmospheric. The real Asia. But they can deceive, be vigilant and bargain necessarily
A wonderful Oriental bazaar. You will find all the necessary fruits, vegetables, meat, oriental sweets, nuts, delicious tortillas, there are edible rows with ready-made delicious national cuisine.
A purely personal opinion. The so-called gluttony row was highly praised. Yes, it's delicious, yes the local cuisine, but nothing special. Samsa rejuvenating is for sale, I understand that initially it was like a joke, but now it looks like a divorce of visitors, it's a shame for people. In general, visitors should not shop at the market, it seems like you are a brother, but you will still pay one and a half times more in a brotherly way. It is better to arrange with the locals to buy everything you need. Although the Uzbeks left a positive impression on me personally. Even I, with a Slavic appearance, was always helped and prompted, they were friendly and friendly.
Oriental Bazaar, as it is. You can find anything your heart desires. From vegetables and spices to national clothes and souvenirs. Prices vary greatly depending on the location and time of day
When after this market you just come to an ordinary store, you want to cry. A very interesting atmospheric place, and the "gluttonous rows" are beyond praise - I have not eaten such goodies anywhere else, even in Uzbekistan. Highly recommended for visiting and shopping. Bargain )
The atmosphere is like walking into an old fairy tale. The food is delicious, especially Honum, Hasip for an amateur, I liked it. Fish fried with Catfish, delicious, Samsa too. They say that the most delicious samsa is Jizzakh, I have not tried it, but I believe it. The sellers are kind, but they are already tired of all sorts of bloggers. Drinks are different, from homemade compote and annoying Cola by everyone))))The waiting time is minimal, it's not for nothing that they say that street food is the most delicious
