A block is much better than B block
Living conditions are good, 1-2 washing machines for every 2-4 rooms, a kitchen for 2-5 rooms, the rooms are warm, three beds in a room, bed linen is changed but you take it yourself every week for free, in general everything is fine but for those who are used to living alone or with their parents, it will be a little more difficult to get used to
