The location is super, close to the Moscow Ring Road, close to the metro and transport, the college is a five-minute walk away. The old wing already needs to be repaired, otherwise the students will bring all the cockroaches home
I lived here for a year. In short: 9 rubles per month (the price is good, but justified).Dirty blocks and toilets (for the most part), and some of the elders are begging bastards (if you're lucky). You will have to get used to cockroaches, otherwise there is no way. Maybe you'll kill them in your room, but they'll stay in the toilet and in the shower forever.
The floor is divided into 6 blocks, 2 kitchens, 2 dryers; in each block: 4 rooms, shower, toilet, 2 sinks. There are 2-4 beds in the room, 2-4 dead chairs (depending on the beds), 1 table, 1 wardrobe (the fourth is not always enough), 4 bedside tables. A few months ago it would have been repaired, the whole building was redone. If you move in, then only there, it's like another world - no cockroaches, brand new furniture, cleanliness and order.
I forgot to mention that there are almost new electric stoves in the kitchen. There are no microwaves. If you want, bring your own, but it will be used by the whole floor, because there are restrictions on the use of household electrical appliances in the rooms.
In general, if you are lucky with the neighbors, it will be fun, and if not, it will be sad.
