I remember this place, I was here in the summer of 2022, we lived here for a week because we were students from Russia and came to study electric vehicles.
In general, everything is decent, cool rooms, polite staff with whom we talked on various topics. There was a curfew, but it was possible to negotiate with the attendant and go for a walk around Minsk at night. However, there was trouble with the shower, since instead of hot water there was a boiler, which was quickly used up, but in such a short time it was not critical for us. No cockroaches were noticed.

Good location, clean, bathrooms and kitchen are equipped normally. There are minor nuances in the windows in some rooms, but this issue is also solvable. Overall, it's not a bad dorm for college.

from the point of view of humor, the place is good, but still a dorm. There are no cockroaches, no bedbugs either. shared bathroom, shower too. The kitchen will do. the walls of the rooms are made of slag - do not hope for peace, you will hear the third floor from the fifth, but the double-glazed windows are royal. If it weren't for the bureaucracy with the teachers and Her Majesty the head, it would be great... in general, I advise beginners to visit.

I live in this hostel, I am currently a 2nd year student and would like to share my "specific" experience.The dorm from 1st to 3rd floor is very clean, but the 4th and 5th are certainly a sight, especially from Saturday to Sunday, dirty floors in the corridors, in the washroom. The toilets have the smell of cigarettes and a sticky floor.The teachers are not in their right mind, Elena Petrovna, nicknamed "Lenka", as I was told, lives on bird rights in the hostel, often tried to appoint me on duty, although I was not on duty lists, always threatening that I would be evicted "by order of the director."
Olga Alexandrovna is always complaining about Elena Petrovna on rounds, although she is no better. She tries to solve issues supposedly "humanly", but never listens to what she is told. He talks at elevated tones and is rude.
I do not recommend this institution to anyone, but unfortunately I do not have the opportunity to leave it.

Проживая в общежитии столкнулся с такими проблемами: невменяемые воспитатели,халатность заведующей общежитием. Подробнее о халатности,когда в общежитии столкнулись с клопами жалобы воспитателям и заведующей общежития не дали никакого результата, кроме как криков и угроз мол если кто-то в колледже об этом узнает будут проблемы...На данный момент факт наличия клопов известен лишь в общежитии и никого этот вопрос не волнует.
Подробнее об воспитателях в основном к "невменяемым" можно отнести Елену Петровну которая общается исключительно криком в приказной форме, её любимая фраза "Приказ директора" которая используется как угодно.Графики дежурств соответственно почти ничего не значат,в любой момент тебя могут просто заставить дежурить и никого не волнует что в списках на этот день стоит другой человек,а твое личное время это лишь пустой звук.Это лишь самая малость всего чего я мог написать,уверяю такое счастье вам не нужно.

Клоповничек такой, не дали посидеть на диване в холле потому что
то запрещено и камеры установлены, одногруппники на ремонт не жаловались.
