It's dirty, the rooms are in disarray, a lot of animals live, the smell is disgusting, a lot of people who abuse alcohol live ..... on the floors they smoke right in the hallway.An unpleasant place.....people live somehow......

It 's a miserable place . There is no repair .Noisy and uncultured neighbors.Before settling in, I never thought that the toilet where people live could be so dirty .I have to live on the same floor with the mentally ill .
