Preface: we came to RIPO for advanced training from different regions and were provided with a hostel for living from Monday to Friday. Accommodation is paid 11.5 rubles per night in this room.
Among the advantages: friendly staff
There are 2 refrigerators per floor, 2 stoves.
Of the cons: the elevator did not work (at least when we lived, And WE LIVED ON the 8th FLOOR), there is 1 toilet, 1 shower, 2 washbasins in a block for 12 people. Mold on the walls and ceiling, wallpaper in streaks, dust everywhere, beds are fastened, damp smelly bedding, a damp kettle for the entire floor at the watchman on duty.
I want to clarify that some of the lower floors have been renovated. And if you are lucky, you will be accommodated on an already renovated floor.

This is one of the most horrible places I've been. After all, they take in adults, and the conditions are like in the Middle Ages. It feels like I got into the 80s of the last century. How can you, for example, live in a room for 4 people? How can you use one toilet for 12 people when everyone is going to class at the same time? And there is also one shower for so many people. There is not even a microwave oven in the kitchen, something can only be heated on electric stoves, in the absence of dishes it is also unrealistic to do this.
