Of the cons: the elevator did not work (at least when we lived, And WE LIVED ON the 8th FLOOR), there is 1 toilet, 1 shower, 2 washbasins in a block for 12 people. Mold on the walls and ceiling, wallpaper in streaks, dust everywhere, beds are fastened, damp smelly bedding, a damp kettle for the entire floor at the watchman on duty. I want to clarify that some of the lower floors have been renovated. And if you are lucky, you will be accommodated on an already renovated floor.
