Let's keep in mind that this is not a 4-star president hotel, but a hostel. The administration has done a lot for the residents (invested money). Glazing of balconies, fire alarm system, renovation of rooms and kitchens. Thoughtful entrances for the entry and removal of furniture, a ramp for strollers and bicycles. There is certainly something to improve. There is not enough covered parking for strollers and bicycles, and probably the culture of living for residents. But there is no limit to perfection. Very convenient location.

Who needs to make a reiont do it. What are you waiting for? To whom the payment is high, buy an apartment and it will be cheap (maybe) and angry.
