A normal dorm. Cosmetic repairs have been made outside, of course there is no repair inside. Plastic windows are standing, which is a big plus. The usual state (I've seen worse)
They made repairs recently, it just won't do, they changed the windows in the rooms it's cold, the electricity is constantly knocking out, mold is everywhere, there are even more cockroaches than there were, it would be better if this repair did not happen
They did an overhaul, but it would be better not to do doors and windows that are skewed until the end do not close, you can no longer use appliances such as a washing machine and a kettle in the block.

Outwardly -beauty, inside-squalor. Nothing has changed after the overhaul. It only got worse.
