A normal dorm. Cosmetic repairs have been made outside, of course there is no repair inside. Plastic windows are standing, which is a big plus. The usual state (I've seen worse)

They made repairs recently, it just won't do, they changed the windows in the rooms it's cold, the electricity is constantly knocking out, mold is everywhere, there are even more cockroaches than there were, it would be better if this repair did not happen

The hostel is normal, of course, the people are normal.But there are a lot of cockroaches, a lot of different poisons.
