A dormitory for students of the ZOO Faculty of Engineering. In my time, a brass band and a vocal and instrumental ensemble were created here. The faculty's specialists proved themselves to be dedicated.

Lived here for three years. Of the cons, not a very good toilet. Of the pros, there are none. The only plus is the small cost of a dormitory for a student.
