There has been no repair in the entrance for 20 years. They don't do yard territory either, there are cars all around, there are no sidewalks for pedestrians at all, NOWHERE. And this is a family hostel. Children walk along the roadway. And there is a military unit nearby !! No landscaping near the house. In spring, only the borders are painted. There is either dirt or dust all around. And garbage, cigarette butts. Probably because there is not a single trash can in the "yard". There is an election precinct in the next entrance. And they maintain cleanliness and order there every year. They keep the facade for the voters.
