I would like to express my deep gratitude to the ORSG organization for the video chat, which was very informative, a lot of nuances were discussed, all problems that may arise during admission were solved, they explained what and how to do and what documents are needed, the ORSG employee was very helpful and responsive. Thank you very much, I learned a lot for myself and took into account the nuances for my future.
The staff of the ORSG very quickly helped to arrange inexpensive medical insurance. We had difficulties due to the lack of an address in Germany and the age of the insured (under 18 years old), several insurance companies refused us, we did not understand. How to proceed. We asked the OSPG for advice and the issue was resolved within a day, and completely free of charge. It is good that there is such an organization where you can get qualified help and support.
I want to say a huge thank you to the staff of the Society of Russian-Speaking Students in Germany! Thanks to Vitaly's actions, my son received an invitation to study at college in 2021.
Thank you so much for your help in receiving invitations to exams, in applying for a visa, in opening a blocked account, insurance, etc. After a month of unsuccessfully searching for clear information on the Internet, I decided to contact the Society of Russian-Speaking Students in Germany, because:
1. Information on the Internet is extremely contradictory and does not always correspond to reality.
2. Entrance exams in German are extremely difficult. Don't believe the samples on the websites. Everything is more complicated at times. It is better to spend time preparing for exams than unsuccessfully searching for information and preparing documents.
3. It is far from the fact that you will arrange everything correctly. The most valuable thing will be lost –time.
4. In addition to the invitation to the exam, you will need many more documents for a visa, opening a blocked account, medical insurance, accommodation, etc.
For me, one of the most unexpected and pleasant moments was that Vitaly was almost always in touch. He solved all the issues that arose, and, believe me, there are many of them, very quickly. Due to the pandemic, it was not possible to pass the exams in 2020, although there were about 8 invitations to the exam. In 2021, the ORSG issued and submitted the documents again, without requiring any re-payment. Given that there are a lot of scammers around now, this is a characteristic of extremely decent people.
A little bit from my real story. In February 2020, I paid for three-month C1 language courses with an open date in Berlin for 725 euros and insurance of 50 euros in case of a refund due to cancellation of the courses. Then, during the pandemic, I decided to return the money. After two months of unsuccessful correspondence with the course administration, I accidentally mentioned the situation in a conversation with Vitaly. He selflessly decided to help. I do not know what he told them, but the money was returned to me within two weeks. In addition, he recommended really good training courses. Therefore, before you purchase courses, call Vitaly. He will tell you which courses are really worth buying.
Vitaly, thank you so much for your advice, support and help. Good health to you and your team.
