My older brother and I studied at this school. It's been more than 50 years, and the memories are only good: The classrooms are large, with huge windows, and we had 45 people in our class. There was enough room for everyone. A wonderful dining room, the food was very tasty, but there were always queues. The gym was tall, with windows to the ceiling, stood in a separate building. The school was located in the very center of the Cheryomushki residential neighborhood. The teachers were excellent, and many students went to this school from other districts.
He studied in the early 90s when Claudia Vladimirovna Novak was the director. There was no donation at all at school. The neighboring 16th school was the exact opposite and it was very often possible to buy one or the other in terms of grades. I know this first-hand from my friends who studied there. Now it is a prestigious lyceum with a renovated facade (windows and roof).
