Elderly, angry, arrogant cleaners who yell at me for walking down the hall to pick up my sister from school.
I'm 19, but I'm afraid of these angry cleaners who sit near the rooms with beds on the ground floor. Maybe it's a caregiver, but they look like cleaners.
