A balneotherapy clinic with modern equipment. The doctor's appointment is free. The staff is polite and attentive. The cleaners on the porch clean up and are the first to say hello. A very beautiful landscaped area with a fountain. I did underwater stretching and massage. An excellent Aida specialist works in the underwater traction room. It was just nice to come to the procedure and meet her. Attentive, caring and competent specialist. Aida, thank you very much and good health to you and your family! There is not enough screen in the massage room. The masseur is a guy and it's unpleasant to undress in front of him. Although he was delicately leaving the office. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely visit your institution.

It's a great hospital. We took: a hydrogen sulfide bath, a cedar barrel, and after the cedar barrel, a charcot shower. The staff is friendly and knows their job inside and out! If you are staying at the Amra Hotel, there is a private transfer from the hotel to this hospital, which also waits for everyone and takes them back. You can take a taxi yourself. We definitely recommend it!

I was there on December 24. The building is new, very large, there are a lot of baths. But! Due to the power outage, up to 14 are working, not all baths. There is no massage therapist. Hydrogen sulfide baths are allowed after a doctor's appointment. And if we talk about health, the truth may not be allowed, like me. It did not work to replace hydrogen sulfide with another aroma bath - it does not work.
The employees are not particularly friendly, they answer questions very lazily. It is not only here, but also in shops and pharmacies. Maybe they don't like us Russians, we don't give free energy and pensions.. but we are tourists and we bring money here.

Perfect cleanliness. Lots of procedures. Hydrogen sulfide baths are 600 rubles for Russians, 450 rubles for locals. Hydro massage, spinal stretching, all types of massage, swimming pool (although it is not working now)
Towels and bathrobes are provided. Bring a swimsuit and sneakers. Service!!

Some hotels in Gagra offer daily free trips here for 1 bath.
Mostly hydrogen sulfide (but there are many contraindications)!
There are eucalyptus trees. A towel is given out.
There is a hair dryer.
There is a Wi-Fi connection (only next to the desk clerk).
I tried a massage session (cervical collar area).
The massage is done by a young male rehabilitologist.
The massage itself is about nothing! Made on 3-.
The masseur is serving the clock!

I specially went to this medical center for hydrogen sulfide baths. 2 years ago, I went to hydrogen sulfide in Primorsky, but this time I decided to get closer to the border. The building itself is new, everything is clean, the medical staff is friendly. I was out of season, in March, there were no people. The cost of 1 bath is 600 rubles, which is an order of magnitude lower than the price in Russia. There are also mud applications, the cost of one zone is 390 rubles. There are also many other procedures, but I did not recognize the cost, because I was not interested in it. Before going to the procedure, the doctor talks to you at the initial visit. And only then gives recommendations on procedures.

In general, everything is fine. Nice nurses, the girls at the reception and the girl who cleaned. I signed up for the procedure a week in advance :)
My husband also had massages and baths. He liked everything too.
I had a view from the bathtub directly to the mountains. Beauty!
The renovation is beautiful and bright. Very clean everywhere. This is a huge plus!
A little feedback:
They did not respond to the message in the WhatsApp (but they signed up for the procedure before that, as promised. But then they apparently started spinning).
And also 1 time the towel was with orange spots, I took another one, and there were 2 long hairs. But you can still see that they are erased. As a wish, please keep the towels clean better. Thanks)
