This is an ideal observation deck, the whole LA is in the palm of your hand, the famous Hollywood inscription is clearly visible. It's an amazing place, and the Tesla coil is there and at certain times it works and you can watch the experiment. It was difficult to park at the entrance to the observatory and then on foot. It was before covid, like now - I don't know. I advise you to definitely visit when you are in LA. It is all the more useful and informative with children, there are many exhibits.

Cool. The observation deck, the Tesla coil is super, but the telescopes did not work and all the related exhibits too - probably everything that is free in this condition((
