The road is bad, it's a very steep climb, and if you ride bikes, it's very difficult to get down. Don't waste your time on this location.

There is no observation deck, instead there is a private house (attached photo).
If you wish, you can take a walk along the path, but keep in mind that you are climbing the mountain all the way, sometimes very steep.
