I wanted to buy a heat gun in this way, it was not there!!! they offered another one - and then a jamb - there is no such model on their website, I ask the manager - I do not find one, he responds by sending a link to the website of the Russian Federation, where he also does not understand anything, because I turned to the store in RB, and here the Russian Federation. An hour later, I went back to their store - the heat gun is available as an hour ago, but it is not in reality. In general, it's a mess. And they write so beautifully - "LET's WARM UP", that's just what?
The Horns and Hooves office is not trustworthy. They pickled me for a week, "they'll bring me tomorrow, call me and so on," and then they didn't pick up the phone at all. Prices are inadequately understated. If the store is not within walking distance, walk past it. So that you don't regret the wasted nerves and time for which this price will change, as in the case with me relative to other sites.
I saw that this office has a lot of negative reviews, I thought different things happen...but I have seen for myself that there is no customer orientation at all. I applied 2 times, the manager said I will clarify everything now and call you back...and no reply or greeting. On the website, prices are generally off the ceiling, it is indicated that you can place an order through the website, but in fact it gives an error when placing an order.

If you need official documents, then not to this office! Knowing that I need an invoice to provide to the bank (credit money), they first sent it with the ttn error, and after I asked them to correct it for two weeks, I can't get either the letter or the dispatch number from them. Due to the absence of an invoice, the bank does not accept the following invoices for payment, does not accept documents for an increase in the credit line. Considering that I and the guarantors have collected income documents, which become irrelevant at the beginning of the next month and need to be reassembled. The employees of this office do not care — they framed a person and continue to work. There are many other responsible organizations that work like clockwork. Not this one.

The guys helped with the selection and installed panel radiators throughout the house. Now I recommend the company to all my acquaintances, friends, and colleagues at work. I was looking for a modular convector (heater) for the house. I was looking for a local seller, since online stores do not inspire confidence in me in case of problems with the product. Would you say it's cheaper there? But it's not! These guys are not only cheaper, but also have a full warranty on the product (here 3 years, others 2 and 1 year at a higher cost! ). Of course I chose this seller. The order was delivered to the city during the day. I picked up everything in the evening and was satisfied with the service. By the way, they have delivery.
A very strange attitude towards the client. I ordered radiators with delivery under the contract in 1-2 weeks. Of course, they assured me that they would do it for 1. As a result, almost 4. Moreover, they were delivered in parts - first the radiators themselves, then the heat regulators...moreover, the situation with them is generally strange - radiators were brought and I find out that there are no heat regulators. I hear that "the suppliers are to blame, but now for sure! they were brought and will be in 2 days," then 4 days of waiting and no news from them, after my question I hear "they were not brought and will be in a week." After a logical question, I asked it 3 times!!! Raza, they never answered me.
The following situation - documents, checks and other things were not brought - it took 3!!! weeks and a few reminders to bring them.
And now the moment of unpacking the radiators has come... The corner of one section of the radiator has been beaten off. As it turned out, after questions, this is a common situation. But I found out, of course, when I ran into her. They didn't tell me before. And now for a week I've been trying to get either a replacement section or compensation. In principle, I agree to compensation and my calculation is simple - the cost of the radiator divided by the number of sections is equal to the cost of the section. I didn't even count the replacement work anymore..... They transfer 60% of this compensation to me in a week!
The manager's communication ranges from extreme familiarity to an emphatic YOU. An extremely negative impression.

I came to the Heating plant on October 10 of this year on a tip from an acquaintance. I chose a solid fuel boiler, I wanted to take Atmos. Upon arrival, the manager invited me to look at a large warehouse of solid fuel boilers available from different manufacturers (to be honest, I have never seen such a choice anywhere), explained their pros and cons. In the end, I bought a DEFRO KDR 20. I'm just 100% satisfied! The furnace is the optimal size, I got everything I wanted. Delivered the next day directly home and for free. I would put 6 stars if I could! Well done!
On August 20, 2018, he arrived at the company "Obogreem" in order to order a chimney system for a private house made of stainless steel. And to be honest, I immediately felt a repulsive desire to order. They began to draw and talk with one manager, who left in the middle of the conversation, probably to a more profitable client, and the second employee who came up continued to listen with little desire. In short, there is no company. I was asked to write the address and phone number on a piece of paper, which I did and informed that I was ready to cooperate. So far, there has been no response, no greetings, as they say about unscrupulous employees.
I went to another company. It was very expensive to feel the attitude of employees towards the client. On the same day we went, everything was measured on the spot, the necessary equipment was ordered and on 08/24/2018 I made the payment. They reported that the installation will be carried out in 3 days.
I do not advise anyone to contact the company "Warm up".
