We arrived in Batumi on 09.09.2023 at 7:30 from Yerevan, we did not have any cash with us. I found exchangers on Yandex, but judging by the application, everyone works from 10:00 in the morning, but Uncle Leva's exchanger opens much earlier, and I contacted him from the same application via Whats App.We called a Yandex Taxi, asked to wait for the driver until we exchange the currency.The currency exchange took place without delay at a favorable rate, even old-style banknotes ($) were accepted.I recommend this exchanger to all Russian speakers.Evgeny, Kamchatka!

Uncle Leva herself is a great guy, she answers in Whatsapp promptly what course. He really had the best one for both oct and dollars.
