It is very convenient to come up with an electronic record, but there are still flaws in this regard, sometimes failures occur and hieroglyphs are saved instead of their data, then they cannot figure it out at the registry and today there was an overlap - two records for one appointment with the same doctor, there may have been a failure in the electronic record, in general, as everywhere there is its flaws. Over time, I would like everything to be fixed, and it is very convenient to use an electronic record. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

I visited this institution today. The doctor took it with a slight delay in time, but it's nothing compared to what happened next. The doctor said that it was necessary to take a picture before treating the tooth, and I agreed. When I was in line for the picture, I noticed that all the patients who were in line with me to see the doctor are now sitting for the picture. This is all understandable, because when I entered the office, the employee announced from the doorstep that this service is paid for and is paid immediately in the office. It was unexpected, because there was no information either from the doctor or on the doors of the X-ray room itself. These employees also do not have change, i.e. I, the visitor, am obliged to run to change the money so that there is no change, this, of course, angered me. Anyway, after this event, I went back down to the doctor. After looking at my picture, the doctor concluded that the tooth was normal and that I was free. Although I asked him to put a new seal on me, because the old seal can pop out at any moment. The doctor claimed that the seal was normal and he would not change it for me. Although I had tartar removed before going to the dentist, and they told me that I needed to treat this particular tooth. Did I stay in this facility for 3 hours to take a picture and get refused a seal replacement? I give it 1 star, but it's actually zero with a minus.
