I was in the department of elective surgery in May. The department is located in a renovated wing. Everything is very good, bright, spacious rooms for 2 people. The wards have functional beds. There are 4 paid wards for those who need it. Kettle, microwave and refrigerator
there is one for patients . The only negative is the emergency room. I came to the hospital at about 11:00, as a result, I got to the department only at 15:30.
Everyone complained from the queue that they had been sitting since 8 a.m. There were 2 nurses, but they treated one patient together. Apparently this is some kind of internal process, but it's a very long time.

The hospital is wonderful, it feels like it is the only one in Kazakhstan, they come from everywhere and doctors want to help everyone, there would be a good bastyk to respect and appreciate his colleagues, (did not throw away) and raise the salary of all employees, otherwise they work for three and get for one, health to all doctors!!!!
